Matthew!! I’m cooking this right now 😍😍. It’s so nice to see you and your family having fun together. Thank you for all your recipes. May God Bless You🙏🙏🙏
Hi Matthew it’s very good seeing you and your aunt cooking i made this dish Friday and yesterday because I had prayers i want to wish you and your family a blessed nawratri and stay safe bye.
Hey Mathew thank you for this beautiful, quick and put together video. Your very detailed and straight to the point. Can I ask though after I put in the checkpiece how long do I let the chickpeas and the Chana cook until the dish is done
Thank you so much. The channa of canned is already cooked so you can honestly put it in the same time as the potato or after the potato bunjays. Once the potatoes are done everything is done
Both of you did a good job. Looks delish, perfect, just the way I like it. Love Maywah products. Thank you for making our weekend enjoyable as usual. God bless.
Curry powder is made mostly of curry leaves and turmeric (and a few other spices depending on the brand). And masala has everything and is roasted which is why it is darker
YumEE 😋 I like to add tomatoe paste in MY curry. I add it to my masala mixture and chunkay. My way as a young girl and I love it. As always, I admire you and your entire family. One day I have to taste your two Aunties food 😉👍🏽👍🏽😋 Covid19 is the devil 👿

Your updated paratha video from 2 years ago was a hit! The baking powder tip (using just a little) really produced a lovelier roti! where is Chandra?
You can add some natural yogurt or coconut milk and spinach leaves too!
Oh yes. You can definitely add in a whole bunch of stuff and sway from the traditional.
