Good evening, very nice, and it was a great thought of yours to be thinking about some basic everyday ingredients that we can turn into some hearty meals/ dishes. That's also very economical for some people and that's another great gesture on your behalf. I admired content creators who think and share their ideas with the viewers. The curry is looking absolutely delightful. Lovely presentation too. A million thumbs 👍🏽 to you..BRAVO!❤❤❤❤🙏👌✋️✌️👋💯🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾✔️✔️
Whenever i get to carried away with crap food and put on too many lb's my go to is a month or two of binging on vegan curries and rice, cooking with little oil! I love it so much, and it melted the pound away, keeping me happy in the process! Most the times i just load up with a bunch of different beans, I'm have to try potatoes next. In the 10 years I've been making curries, I've never actually used them
Hi Ria, I cook just for myself and my 3yo. I’d use one tin channa and 1 big potato. How much curry powder do you suggest I use? And what brand do you use? Thanks. Your recipes always hit correctly.
Another amazing dish by Miss Ria Curry Chickpeas Her dishes are always well prepared an cooked loves how she maneouver every condiment into her curry , Bravo Miss Ria you truly are a professional the way you does it .
Be careful when buying turneric from India. Some farmers were adding lead chromate to give the turmeric a nicer yellow color. The chemical causes all kinds of health problems as it shouldn't be used for consumption. Just wanted share. Ria, I noticed you bought organic chickpeas so I'm assuming you are cautious about certain food ingredients.😢
Looks Delicious!!!😋😋😋Ria if only I could make Roti like you…no matter how I try I can’t get it right. Have to take a trip to Trinidad for a months training 😂 TFS❤

Hi and thanks! Use 1 tbs with 1/2 tsp turmeric. Always use a little turmeric if your curry powder is dark. You can use cariherb, chief or indi.
My mouth is watering simply from how amazing I know that must smell.
My dearest ria, what a lovely comfort food. Love it, stay bless❤
Thank you so much

Thank you! You too!
Adding some coconut milk to that would have been a great idea. It would kick up the flavor much more. Maybe try that also next time. Yum Yum yum
Ria, your curry sauce is so nice and yellow, what brand of curry do you use?
Ria I am looking for your answer what brand of curry do you use?
Hi. I believe I used Indi in this video.
Be careful when buying turneric from India. Some farmers were adding lead chromate to give the turmeric a nicer yellow color. You can do it!
Yummy
😋
Can this be eaten with dhalpuri roti ?
Yes , I use the liquid from the chickpea called aquafaba in my vegan dishes😊
What brand of curry do you use?
Believe Indi in this video. Thanks.
I would like to find a good brand of curry. I’ve been mixing a few brands but that good flavor curry is missing.
Chief brand is the best
What else can you serve along with that dish ?
In terms of side dishes or roti?

With the curried potatoes and chick pea dish you made. What else can one serve with this other than a fresh salad
Wow that looks delicious 😋 🤎🇨🇦

How many lbs of potatoes to feed 6 people?
This recipe will be enough for 6 servings. Double the recipe if you want leftovers.
Can you also do low budget meals? I'm a single mom who can't afford to cook expensive lunches
Will certainly do. Thanks.
Looks delicious, however, I prefer bhatura over roti. Roti is too thin for me
Yummy
