IF since my teenage days, Now i am reaching 50s. No weight gain, not on any medicine or treatment, no addiction or cravings. I eat 1 good fulfilling meal a day mostly meat and protein. Just maintain my weight w/o much effort and still on IF daily. Now my children are teenagers and been doing IF for some years now. They have very good disciplined food habit . Never been to hospital, no allergies and zero medical cost in my family. Most importantly they are happily living their lives. I am grateful

You can start with 2 meals a day. its ok to skip breakfast. if u crave for certain food or taste, body is telling you that its lacking certain nutrients. when body crave for sugar n junk, it indicated body is now well fed with good stuffs. normally sugar and junks indicate body needs some good detox. IF helps in detoxing. choose your food. believe in the food that you eat that it nourishes you and keeps you healthy. I eat mostly meat and cut on vege bcos my body could not digest them. With meat and fat my body functions very well n no more gas or bodyaches and muscle cramp, knee pain i used to suffer.
Yes DR you’re right , I don’t eat outside food 98 % I’m cooking because I’m vegetarian I finish 10000 steps every day some days 16000- 17000 steps . It’s really help for maintaining weight . Thank you for motivation

@@punithasathiya2128 eating window matching with sunrise and sunset basically For starters we can start advancing our dinner by half an hour than our usual time and not eating anything after that Following this for a month and then advancing half an hour again for the next month Ideally we are not supposed to eat no later than 7pm In the start we lose weight fast like even 5 kg a month but that will be water weight When we start to lose actual weight it should be gradual and steady Then we will be able to maintain it This is a life style change Then only it will work
