Great video, thank you! Klopp is actually awesome as a leader, every CEO, manager, teacher, coach etc. should learn from him. It’s the hardest thing to criticize and yet motivate people and get the best out of them, while they still feel good. I mean everybody wants satisfaction and feel good at his/her job. So if you get praise and support and trust your leader, you will almost certainly work hard and do your best. It’s so hard to be professional and not take things personally. Like Gini Wijnaldum said in another interview he was mad at Klopp and disappointed when he wasn‘t in the starting formation against Barcelona. In the end, he scored two important goals and was happy.
@@mxchael_0385 I think Kloppo is different. He's turned around that club completely. I still remember when they barely made the Europa League each season.

Hope he stays at LFC for a good few years to come.
Klopp is basically just a good man as well as an extremely astute manager. He combines emotional intelligence with a detailed, methodical approach to organising teams who win over a period of time.
There probably hasn’t been a better man-manager than Jürgen since Fergie. Absolutely dedicated to getting the best out of their players. You look back at times where Fergie was playing arguably not-so-talented players and still getting them beating Chelsea and Liverpool at the peak of their powers. You couldn’t say that O’Shea, Brown, Fletcher were anywhere near world class. And I reckon you could say the same about Origi, Wijnaldum, Matip, and yet they’re all champions league winners and pivotal to their clubs success because of the backing of the manager.
I'd say early Mourinho deserves a shout, before it really went bad. He worked with some of the most difficult personalities the modern game has seen (Balotelli, Ibra, Robben, C. Ronaldo) and he got those guys to say they'd kill for him. He even man-managed the media and press! But alas, he couldn't sustain it.
@@stephenmason9527Mourinho was a serious student of sports psychology in his early years. The pressure got to Jose, and he took out his frustrations on the players too often. At the end of Chelsea the mutual respect between players and coach dwindled away. At ManU he began making poorly disguised insults about his own players to the media. Klopp would never ever do such a thing. If the press tried to bait Fergie, Fergie would defend the player and then start cussing out the journalist. Jurgen and Alex knew that maintaining respect was paramount (and respect does not always mean nice).

When this first came out, it was merely a nice testimonial by Wijnaldum to me. He is a goal scoring machine for Netherlands with a lot of technical skills, while on Liverpool he spends 80% of his effort running up and down the whole pitch in dogged defensive duties -- that transition cannot be easy for someone who probably thought of his own talent as being more towards the offense for years and years. He's basically Otto Von Bismarck's reincarnation. Successful in managing both smaller and/or bigger teams and his success forgotten just like any manager.
The problem with Klopp is, that he becomes player's friends. When he is their friends, and the players are not good as they used to be, Klopp still keeps the players and let them play. This happened in Dortmund back in 2014/15 season where we were fighting relegation in winter break. He kept playing with Schmelzer, Großkreuz, Subotic, Durm, Kagawa, Kehl, Weidenfeller, Bender, Sahin... Although they were way out of shape and terrible, Jurgen Klopp's heart did not let him disappoint his friends and let them on the bench or sell them. I hope he keeps his emotions on the side at liverpool. Gd Luck old friend🖤💛
I think that during his time (especially the last 2 years) in Liverpool, he has changed that and has become more "professional" if that's the right word. Look how many players have gone since he joined us...
As much as I like klopp and I think he is the best manager I think people are usually being so much biased to pep they don't even want to try to appreciate his work and I don't know why people hate him since he has not really done anything to deserve being hated so much it's not like he said he was the best manager in the world so I don't get why people hate him but seriously no matter how much u have spent on ur team reaching 100 points is insane. Respect for both klopp and pep👏👏.

Isnt that the guy one of 5 german coaches ever to win the champions league?
The bromance between these two is superb.
the video title scared me but my fears are gone now
Loved him so much
Good manager that Liverpool player have and more blessing to the club.
Klopp is the kind of friend you don't really want but you need
That moment when your home town of Formby gets a mention on Tifo
I’d love to know how OGS treats his players, or how they players react to him, just doesn’t strike me as a natural leader
Doesn't even look like he could hurt a fly everything counts to making a top manager
You didnt have time to write a full name?
@@Steve23JJ probably didn't know how to spell it
Ole Gunnar Solksjær
And now they're champions of England!
I love tifo football 😍
This was so good
Oh my klopp
this feels like if tifo directed the notebook
He is an excellent manager, and a better person, no doubt
came here after Gini's farewell
