I have become addicted to your videos and asian cooking has become a weekly must in my house (such a learning curve but I'll get there) . But what a bummer! Your cook books are nowhere to be found in my part of the world. Thank heavens for your videos :)
Yum. Thanks Marion. BTW we’ve become complete addicts of your curries from the supermarket. Never going to order take away red chicken curry again. What an awesome job you’ve done on those. 👍 👍
I used to live in N Thailand, and for some reason, found it almost impossible to find lamb. Many Thai folk thought it very strange, and had never eaten it. Perhaps the lack of grasslands makes expensive imported lamb the only possibility..
I was born in NYC, & lamb was really expensive so my family didn't eat it often. When I was in HS, my Mom & I went on a school trip to Spain, & both of us were stunned that every dinner included a fresh fish dish & LAMB. Needless to say, we both ate lamb every evening. It's really amazing what local foods you can obtain easily & cheaply in different areas of the world. Also, in my childhood, the only seasonings my Mom used were salt, pepper, paprika, & onion powder. I didn't even know that other seasonings existed until my Mom could no longer use salt (due to high blood pressure), & we had to find another seasoning for her. She chose garlic powder.
Marion, are you aware that on Facebook someone is passing as you they have your picture with your book and people are posting recipes on there that aren't necessarily yours but I did see one of yours.
@@mrg-k2r enlighten yourself on the impact of meat-based diet on your health, environment and animal welfare. I’d wish that Marion would step outside the box and provide more plant-based recipes to balance her entire carnivorous content. One can have enough of beef, chicken and lamb at one point, right?
Looks delicious and easy!
I love lamb chops.
Any time I can get a new recipe for lamb chops I'm stoked, & these look wonderful.
Thanks, Marion.
❤️❤️❤️
Watching your vids made me feel at home, your voice is so soothing and calmness in this vid❤

lime leaves are VERY hard to find in my area, can I assume that I can use a little lime zest?
Totally! Lime zest is the perfect substitute
Do you reckon this would work with pork chops? The kids like lamb but the (Thai) missus isn't a big fan...
Yes!
👍😋
Another meat recipe. Groundbreaking…
whats wrong with you
