  • Grilled chicken: sometimes it can flummox the best of us. This Vietnamese chicken noodle bowl recipe takes the flummoxing and turns it into fabulous: crispy skin, bouncy noodles, fresh salad. And it's all made in the ONE (unexpected) appliance. This is the build-your-own chicken noodle bowl to get on board with.

One of my absolute fave Vietnamese salads, this hack makes it so much easier and faster to prepare. My current microwave has been making some odd noises lately, so it may be the perfect timing to update it to this nifty model, especially as we're moving into summer here in Oz and quick, easy, non-oven-requiring meals like this move to the top of the list!

As a Vietnamese, I have lived in several European countries, and currently I am working in Korea, I realize that European or American dishes will be suitable for people under 35 years old, helping We are fully developed physically and mentally, and after the age of 35, Vietnamese or Thai food will be better because it is lighter, combines vegetables and meat, is low in fat, and does not have too much meat like European and American dishes, not as oily as Chinese dishes, not too spicy like some Korean dishes, and it is usually safer to eat cooked than some Japanese dishes that are often eaten raw. Sorry my English is bad and I used translation assistance.

I'm not paying Marion's bills so I don't expect her to pay me any mind (and am excited to see her get sponsorships), but I would love if there were backup instructions on the website & buried in the description at least for those of us without the fancy microwave. This looks so good but I see that it's using this *very specific style of microwave* and go "oh well I guess this isn't for me." 😭

I always enjoy watching your videos. Can I request that Dax shoot in 4K videos in the future? Or maybe your videos are already shot in 4K resolution and they just need to be tweaked by the editors when uploading it to UA-cam? I'd like to see your future videos in 4K so that it will be more awesome watching them on large screen TVs.

ok ok...but, over the last few years everyone has Air Fryers. I get you're sponsored, but they make Air Fryers too. Surely a better use of the new undulating feature was 'not' to cook chicken in a device that takes longer, than a wok/pan or Air fryer, is more expensive to buy than an Air fryer and pan... Perhaps maybe do a 'For students' or 'Vanlife' and target more accurately the people who would cook their chicken in a Micowave and do a series of vids and show the versitility of uses for this feature. This video missed the target for me but the potential for improvement is there.

I am in the market for a countertop Microwave / Convection oven combo. I have limited counter space and no air fryer. I do have countertop microwave which I use a couple of times a day. I will not give up valuable counter space for 2 appliances.
A counter top Micro / Convection oven would work well for me until I can remodel my entire kitchen, at which point I will have a double wall oven with a Microwave Convection oven built in.
I have tested / owned the Panasonic Countertop Induction oven which is great, far better than an air fryer but it doesn't have the microwave component.
