Whoa, you are so skilled and talented my dear friend :)
Спасибо! Thanks!
This was great info….could you show us the next portion on how to kip up? Thanks
Great question and absolutely
Thanks for the great video! I’ve been trying to get my HSPU for ever, so maybe this’ll be the year.
This might seem like a silly question, but are you supposed to do all of those accessory exercises in the same session? In other words, should I be doing the strict press, tempo press, and negative HSPU one after the other every session? Or are each of those exercises steps in the same progression (once I feel comfortable w the strict press, move on the the tempo, etc.) Thanks again for the help-it’s very much appreciated!
Great question, no not in the same session. In the same week? Sure, that would be more feasible
Definitely wait to progress as you feel comfortable and have mastered each stepping stone
And no, do not do them all in the same session, in the same week? Sure!
Thank you so much, Dan! I’ve been a big fan of yours for a while now, keep putting out that great content!
Any suggestions for getting comfortable being upside down, I know I have the upper body strength to hold and do a handstand push-up, just get real awkward trying to kick my self up.
Use a box to keep the lower half of your body held off the floor and position only your torso over the edge with the hands in the floor upside down.
You can progress this to a like position on the box as well, if that makes sense.
At some point you have to try and kick up on the wall, but I would recommend having lots of padding and having spotters to help you!
@@OriginalDanBailey thank you, will try that!
