The handstand is more of a technical movement than a power move. Therefore, technique is very important in learning.
Today I will show you 6 IMPORTANT THINGS IN HANDSTAND that will help you improve your handstand and reach a new level.

Wow this is so impressive!!! To be able to show all the correct and incorrect body positions while in the handstand!! Shoulders, traps, pelvis, feet BRILLIANT!!!😁
IMPORTANT !! - At 8:57 theres a movement he does with his leg that he pushes off with, if you see clearly its going out to the side a little. As soon as I applied this to my kick off, i had a way more stabilized handstand. SO if youre issue is the kickoff slide the leg ur pushing off with out a little on the way up !! & a tip from me is to shift some of the weight to your outer palm!
that depends though. What he did was a lil bit of straddle.

I am just a beginner but I think hanging knee tuck is the best excercise for this purpose, also you may try wall angles and shoulder dislocates.

You keep surprising me! You said things in a way I haven't heard and think of it yet after ten's of tutorials! I just test it and where the 2 and 4 tips I was doing slightly incorrect which make me not hold a long handstand! I just went for an average of 3-7 seconds to 10-15! Смотрел многие видео как балансировать в стойке на руках, снимал себя, старался исправлять ошибки и ничего почти не получалось.
Одна попытка из 20 могла получиться только. Потом я забросил баланс и начал отжиматься на руках у стены и когда я научился отжиматься 9-11 раз, то у меня значительно улучшился баланс и контроль тела. Теперь на каждой второй или третьей попытке я могу удержаться секунд 10 спокойно.
Я это к тому, что вам, как и мне могут не помочь эти обучалки и важные моменты. Надо просто наработать базу и тогда точно будет получаться)
