I have listened to this a few times and it's one of the fastest energy shifters it's very healing, I'm a stay at home single mom and I've not had 8 hours uninterrupted sleep in over 3 years, I still nurse by choice and work as a care provider for an elderly lady but my son is with me all day every day I don't get any help it's 100% and I mean 100% all me.
