I grew up on Elvis Presley as my dad is a huge fan so this one is for him. You might notice from his photos in the beginning that he even resembles Elvis a little bit. He used to sing like him too. Fond memories from my childhood surround Elvis’ music and all of them involve my dad. I love you dad!
Some of the reactors have heard the song before, but have never seen the video… some had never heard it before. Mostly all the reactors who have previously reacted to Elvis covered some of his later performances when he was older so this performance came as a surprise to them. I wish they would have started their journey from the beginning and worked their way forward from there, but that’s just not how it works most of the time.
I realize Elvis is not everyone’s cup of tea but he is an artist that had a huge role in my life so I had to cover him. This probably won’t be the only time either.

Hey WMOG, I kinda liked Elvis, but not a real fan until I was 18 in 1977. When he died I was working 2nd shift and our supervisor came back to where I was and said I hate to say this but the ki g is dead. I went out I to my department and all the women were crying and the men were all solemn. After that night I got into him more and more. The man was a fantastic singer/ entertainer. I never went to see him live, I wish now that I had. Thanks for the video montage. Later on now.

One time in Texas, the people that ran the place he was performing said he couldn't have his black backup singers perform. Elvis started packing up and said if they don't perform, he don't sing.

Yall, Elvis Grew up in Memphis in the poor black part of town and went to a black church. He wanted black dancers in this routine, but the producers wouldn't let him due to segregation! Do some research and you will find he was friends with all the black southern musicians of the time. Fight me if you think I'm full of it.

Thank you, again!! Elvis could do it all! They would not show him from the waist down. He was epic. I saw him in person in 76. He was it man!! By the way, my mom was a huge fan. She took my sister and I to his concert. She wanted to go. It was awesome but he didn’t sing jailhouse rock or blue suede shoes or Hound Dog. It was the American Trilogy, in the ghetto, suspicious minds, etc. his current music. It was the best performance I’ve ever witnessed. I’ve seen Tina Turner, she’s second, and Rod Stewart, his performance was second. Then Van Halen, Rush, BOC, 38 Special, Commodores, etc. I have seen a lot of concerts.
