The issue also is that many of those same people who would be the first to say oh that was horrible or what have you the thing I've noticed is that the people who want something that you've got I've not known too many people who were just interested in money. But I've known others for example one person who was shot killed by somebody who assumed that they had money on them to find out that for the amount of $75 they shot somebody dead. Now the thing is when those people go to prison if they are caught and they tell somebody what they did depending on who they shot that can make things very difficult for them when they're in prison. Because if they shot dead a 99 or 100 year old woman to get something out of her purse to find out she only had one or two dollars and they go put in a person like that into a cell with another guy who's going to be there till he dies and person tells him that story one guy I knew that his reaction to it was given the guy an enema up to his past his elbow to beat his head against the door and tell the cops arrived because of the screaming to get that SOB out of his cell and put him in protective custody because the one who attacked him he wasn't going to receive any punishment even if he killed the man cuz he was already going to die in prison. That's something a lot of people don't realize when you're in those kind of situations this is the people who abuse and attack things like either attacking young women who they don't know or older women or especially rape that makes them an enemy to every prisoner there

You are so right and I'm not even white. I don't understand why people of color think that robbery, drugs, theft, and crime in general are ok. My family did not raise me that way. I was never rich and still am not but I would never commit crimes like this. I fought stereotypes my whole life but still managed to go to college and get a degree and decent job on my own as a single father. Taking the lazy way out is not an option.

@iM agreV - I got to arrest one of these a couple nights ago. He was breaking into a shop at my clients property. He used a tire iron to wedge open the back door of a bicycle shop. He was acting tough but very cooperative. He kept saying he did nothing wrong and he was just passing through, (passing through a back alley surrounded by steep hills with only one way in). I told him that it was a great story, I’m not there to judge him, and he is welcome to tell that same story to the sheriffs department. When the deputies pulled up, I told him to get comfortable because it’s the weekend and he’s not gonna be able to make bail until Monday, but not to worry because I’m certain they will be playing the Superbowl in jail. After I said this, he broke down and started crying. He was seriously crying! Like whining and tearing up! He kept begging me to please let him go, and he didn’t mean to cause trouble! The first deputy, who was female, walked up smiling when she heard him crying and she said “Uh-oh, someone’s been bad”! I couldn’t help but chuckle at her remark. The deputies got him for Burglary and trespassing. He’s only 22, and the fact that his mother named him Ryan, and not Dequan or Tyrone, couple that with him being very cooperative leads me to believe that his mother probably worked very hard to try to push him in the right direction. I hope he thinks about what he’s doing to her by screwing up and trying to be a thug!

Nice men. Pillars of their community. They were just getting their lives together. If they only stole the car and sold it, they would have used the money to enroll in community college and get some education.
