iPad Pro USB-C not Charging Repair Case - Troubleshooting is the Key!

how do you know that CD3215 was bad and not only the flash ROM ?

In the video, the short-circuit pin of the charging port connector is connected to the CD3215 chip. It can be determined that this chip has a problem after checking the charging circuit.
