Looks like this is good method for repair of burnt charred board substrate, missing pads and traces. The combination of solder mask and the soldering lugs. REAL good stuff here!

It seems like there is more space to cut in the opposite direction on the refox copper to save more copper being thrown away... it's a good idea but might need to rethink the cutting shapes, position and less wastage will be great.
You should reach out to UA-camrs like Northbridge Fix, My Mate Vince etc who could show this in operation in the field so to speak. Excellent invention :D

I hope you filed for patent on this before uploading this video Rewa, because this is actually, genuinely, really damn useful 😁👌👌👌 If I can make a suggestion for a later or premium tier revision: make one like it that comes with a 130-150°C, rapid Thermo- _set_ epoxy backing. Or includes a small vial of such epoxy with applicator suitable for the small size dimensions we work with here. The temperature range is so you can activate the epoxy without needing to go so hot you risk solderballs squeezing out in the surrounding area or on the other side of the board.

buy some cheap cpu for 20€ and you can fix ~1000 other amd cpus with it. it´s worth the money.
