    I have the same speaker but I don't have the wire can you please tell me the name of the plug with the red and black wire I can't use the speaker because I don't have the wire or know the name

    • @FixMyBleep
      @FixMyBleep  8 місяців тому

      So the red and black wire that comes with this set has what's called an "RCA" Plug on one end, and the other end goes to the secondary speaker in the set, the RCA plug will push into the Primary speaker (Speaker Out) on this set. Hope that helps.
      That's the one that wasn't long enough when I went to set it up and I had to extend it with regular speaker wire.

    Would you know if I could connect 2 more speakers from the one primary speaker without having to connect the Bluetooth to the new ones?

    • @FixMyBleep
      @FixMyBleep  Рік тому

      I've not tried that, but on the back of the main speaker where it shows "Speaker Out" You could try picking up an RCA splitter and connecting a couple additional speakers. Seems like it has the power to drive them, but I just haven't tried that. Thanks for the comment.

    The second speaker lost Bluetooth connection how I can fix that do you know any model of the Bluetooth

    • @FixMyBleep
      @FixMyBleep  2 роки тому

      Hi, so there is a primary speaker that connects to the Bluetooth, then the secondary speaker runs off of that main one using RCA to speaker wire. Sorry this is giving you troubles, I'd try powering the speakers off and back on, make sure nothing else is paired since only 1 device at a time can be connected to these speakers and see if that helps. Check the connection between the speakers as well if one is not working. Thanks for commenting! 🔊

    Great video and set up. I set mine up on patio Gazeebo. i Have the PDWR61BTWT and supposedly they are supposed to charge and keep a charge so they are wireless. have you ran into any issues? I mean it appears to charge but the power button needs to be on, and cord plugged in. goes from red light to green light. but if i unplug it sound pairing just drops. The box didnt really come with any instructions as im sure you found out as well. Any tips or troubleshooting. Im trying to determine if user error or i got a faulty one that may not keep charge. Thanks ps subscribing

      Thanks for Subscribing! So I have power run to my speakers continually on the back patio and haven't run into any issues as far as connecting these go. They are in a "always on" mode and when I search with a device they pair right up and change from a red, to blue light. The instructions aren't the best for sure. Search Bluetooth Device: Bluetooth network name "Pyle Audio" Pairing - Enter Password: 0000
      If that's not helpful try pyleusa.com/pages/contacts and they are usually pretty good about e-mailing you back for support help, especially if the speakers aren't connecting or pairing.

    Can more speakers be connected in series to this pair? would the built-in amplifier handle the extra load? thanks for your help

    • @FixMyBleep
      @FixMyBleep  Рік тому

      I haven't tried it, but on the back of the main speaker, there is a jack that's marked " Speaker Out" and you could pick up an RCA Splitter and give it a try, the system does seem to have plenty of power, I bet it would handle them.
      You just can't get another separate Bluetooth set and hook it up as a series, without running it on another device like a separate i-phone or i-pad. Hope that helps. 🔊

    Can we hook up a subwoofer to these speakers and if so how and what kind would we need? Thanks!

    • @FixMyBleep
      @FixMyBleep  Рік тому +1

      There isn't really an easy way to do it from what I'm seeing, you would need an outdoor powered subwoofer with a built-in crossover for starters to pass only the low signals to the sub since there isn't a Subwoofer output channel built into these speakers. Just doesn't look like a great option, sorry.

    • @84848AR
      @84848AR Рік тому

      @Fix My Bleep! the model I have seem to have a place in the back where is says sub. But I'm not sure what kind of subwoofer I can hook up there. Also the instructions doesn't have this information. It literally just says you can hook up a subwoofer, is all it says lol.

    In the video, you mention needing to get longer speaker wire. Where did you get it and does it have the single connector for the primary speaker? My speakers are going to be close to 30 feet apart. I'm thinking of using 12AWG wire but having a hard time finding one with a single connector for the primary speaker.

    • @FixMyBleep
      @FixMyBleep  2 роки тому +2

      Just standard speaker wire will work fine. I ended up using 12AWG speaker wire that turned out to be a little heavy, but sounds great, and you should be good using that as well to cover the 30' distance. I didn't use a connector but just spliced the wires together with the existing Pyle speaker wire to extend them from the primary speaker to the secondary speaker if that makes sense. Hope that helps, and thanks for the comment!

      Hi I just was checking into it tonight. So the grill cover doesn't come off, that was my first thought, there is also a switch on the back of the master speaker but it turns out to just be a volume and on/off for power. Sorry doesn't look like an option, but great question, thanks!

    Nice job with your setup. I bought some Pyle PDWR52BTBK black 5.25 speakers. I plan to do a similar set up like yours. Question: when you mounted into the stucco did you go in straight with a screw or did you need anchors? TIA.

    • @FixMyBleep
      @FixMyBleep  2 роки тому +1

      Thanks for the comments! So I just used grabber screws into the stucco, like a 2.5 inch, and was close enough to the corners that I was able to hit studs so didn't need anchors to go into the walls. The speakers do have some weight to them, but if you can hit studs, then you are fine. 👍

      @@FixMyBleep Thanks. Also I actually just bought these same ones you got. The above ones I stated earlier were a little underwhelming so I'm going with a higher wattage and more pricey but I think I'll love them. As for the RCA plug wire, I hope they changed that short one you mentioned and are giving longer ones now. I need about 12 feet. Do you happen to know what that type of wire is called or have a link for a longer set. I don't mind paying for longer ones. I searched RCA plug wire on amazon and they show different types of wires. TIA and thanks again for the review your set up looks awesome.

    How do you control the sound volume on the back of the main speaker and how do you turn it off when not using it without having to get on a ladder and turn it off at the main speaker?

    • @FixMyBleep
      @FixMyBleep  2 роки тому +1

      So that hasn't been an issue because I set the volume on the main speaker to about 2/3 the way up, and control the sound with the i-Pad, laptop, or phone instead of speakers themselves. Also I leave them powered on all the time. They go into a stand-by mode of sorts, but come right out of it when connected. If you don't want them on all the time a quick fix would be to get one of those Christmas switch remotes that has the on/off button, and run the power cable through that. Thanks for commenting!

      Thank you! Yes, or at least I think these speakers throw out a lot of clear loud sound if you mount them against a hard surface somewhere. Hello, and thank you! This is a great question and it depends on the type and brand of tv you have. Some Smart tv's will work if they have a Bluetooth pairing option in their built-in menu. That's a great question and I've had that happen before. It was because I still had an i-pad paired with the speakers, and then couldn't find them with the other devices I was trying. I don't know if that's the same thing, but they will only pair with one device at a time, so make sure they aren't already paired with something.
