That's a great question and I've not seen where you can replace the actual motor. We have run ours constantly since the day we have bought it and I keep wondering how long the bearings are going to last. The filters have been replaced twice now, so it's just a matter of time before the motor goes out I would think, but it definitely keeps the air really clean in the house. Thanks for the comment.

@@bogieman101 That's good to know and kind of what I was wondering, but at least they replied and were straight up about it. It's too bad because it's been a great unit and we have had it running non-stop so I'm sure ours is nearing it's end pretty soon as well.

What brand are you using, is it the same Logitech? Try the Wireless Keyboard & Mouse on a different laptop or computer just to make sure they are in fact working and it's not a driver issue or something else going on with them. That at least will help to narrow down the problem.

These steps should work for resolving issues with most sets of wireless keyboards/mice. Also if nothing else works, please move your keyboard & mouse to a different computer just to verify the issue is with the keyboard/mouse and not on the actual computer you are on. Sometimes it's a software driver or a USB port problem with the dongle and just swapping USB ports can resolve it.

The instructions really weren't great, (bad Chinese translation) and as you can tell in the video, we had to re-do a few things because of them including laying out the roof if I remember correctly. Thanks for the comment, hopefully you were able to get it together, we did after a couple tries.

If nothing is working, please try your wireless mouse and keyboard on a different laptop or computer just to verify that they are good, and it's not an issue with the computer. That will help to narrow down the issue for you. Hope that helps, then you can go back through the steps once you determine for sure it's not something with the actual keyboard/mouse. That's a really good question because I didn't actually build our pool system, but just swapped out the Chlorine Generator. I know a bypass will allow water to still flow or circulate while you work or clean the salt generating unit, but it's easy enough to shut the entire system down for a few moments to just clean or replace the thing so I'm not sure it's worth the trouble. As far as GPM, multiply your pool's gallons by a factor of 1.5 to 2, then divide that number by the desired pool turnover rate (typically 8-12 hours) or that's what the Pentair site says. So first off restart your laptop. Next move the dongle/receiver for your wireless, mouse/keyboard to another USB slot. If you are using a docking station, move the dongle directly to a USB slot on the laptop. Check the on/off switches on both the mouse and keyboard. Check or pull and re-install the batteries on both the mouse and the keyboard. If you still aren't getting anything, the next thing to try would be to move your mouse and keyboard w/dongle to another computer all-together and verify they are still working properly. This will tell you if the set is broken, or if it's something just with that laptop.

That's a great idea about the thinner battery packs and honestly, the only real downside is the thick battery with my Dewalt heated Jacket from what I've noticed. I'm going to use your recommendation, and see if I can get some ordered, thanks for the info and comment!

Are you running a 5.1.2 or a 7.1.2 speaker setup? Some of the new 9 channel receivers have a "height" channel, that's where you hook up the Atmos speakers. If there is no height channel, then you may be on on ceiling, or overhead channel. Be sure to run the "Calibration" function that's built-into your Yamaha receiver, this has a microphone and senses your speaker location, along with your Atmos ready speakers. Check all the receiver displays again after running the calibration, it does detect when you have properly connected Atmos, and will show the Decoder "ON" if the movie supports Atmos. Hope that helps.

Hello & thanks for your response. It’s a 5.1.2 setup. The options shown on my Yamaha RX-V685 for Front Presence are - a) Dolby Enabled SP b) Front Height c) Overhead. I have selected Overhead b’coz the Sonus Faber Aster is right above my head at Ceiling, angled towards me. Also I think there is nothing like “Atmos Ready Speakers”. Any speaker can act as an Atmos provided it is connected into an A/V receiver’s Atmos slot such as “Front or Surrounds Presence“ & angled correctly, isn’t it? And finally as per my understanding & observation, whenever I play an Atmos content from either Apple TV+ or Disney+ Hotstar, my A/V receiver 1st shows the word - “DTHD” - “Decoder Off” - “Atmos/PCM”. So according to you, should it be “Decoder ON” instead of “Decoder Off” b’coz I find it a bit strange to see “Atmos/PCM” whereas it should only be the word: “Atmos”. Does “Atmos/PCM” mean it outputs only 50% Atmos sound or it totally outputs PCM sound?

@@ApoorvaA735G I'm going to have to check it on my own system and then let you know, but from what I've seen, the receiver is supposed to detect Atmos speakers properly connected up after you have run your calibration as well. On my system I had to stand on something to make sure I was actually getting sound out of them because I couldn't hear them at first. Anybody else out there know on these Atmos speakers?

@@FixMyBleep Thanks for your response. The sound does output I guess but the Atmos effect isn’t been felt is what I feel though I have never experienced Dolby Atmos before except for knowing the standard things such as Helicopter scenes or Birds flying, all of them overhead.

@@ApoorvaA735G The Atmos is a little hard to tell or recognize, it's definitely subtle on my setup, so ya you need leaves in the trees, or a helicopter coming in like you are saying. Be sure to run the Calibration if you have a Yamaha receiver, that will determine the proper speaker spacing, and set the sound field correctly. It's got a little microphone built into it.

That's a great point where they may not be too far from a store and could use it to run back and forth. In our situation it's fantastic to bring the groceries off the street to the house and into the kitchen since it's a bit of a distance and we aren't always parking in the garage, or even then the kitchen is in the back of the house and still a ways away. The wife prefers it over a store cart sometimes as well so she can just fold it and toss it in the car is she isn't getting a ton of items. Thanks for the comment.

Ok, so we know the receiver/dongle is working then. Let's look into the keyboard. Pull the batteries, verify they are new or good, re-insert, check direction for starters. Next you may want to move the dongle to an entirely different computer just to verify the keyboard is "good" or not damaged. Also remember to check the on/off switch they sometimes place on the keyboard. Hope that helps.

Verify the printer is connected to the wireless network as your first step, you may need to try running the setup again where it's supposed to search for your printer (123.hp.com website) also you may need to go into the menu on the side panel and select "forget network" and start over. Hopefully that helps.
