Running the wire thru the calling especially if the joists are running the opposite direction would be a great video. Cutting a hole and plugging 2 wires seem straight forward
Well, I was so impressed with his work in the video that I had him come to my home to do a fantastic speaker install in the kitchen and also in my office (6 speaker setup). His work was incredibly professional, and he is willing to explain what he is doing while performing the installation. I will be scheduling for Russell to come back to install more speakers and a motorized 85in tv wall mount that will lower. You absolutely can not go wrong with Hiring Capstone for your TV & audio needs.
Here we go, let's cut a hole in the ceiling, perfect. Now we're ready to install the speaker with the wire that's magically just right there ready to pull through. WTF! This is not helpful!
Yeah, I was thinking it was a 2 story house @ 1st because I didn’t see any insulation but then they never showed how wire was ran or fished so I’m guessing it’s a 1 story house 🤔🤷♂️…. Either way yeah important part was left out or the hard part depending on the application
Wow, I didn’t even know I needed speakers until this video. So helpful to learn about studs from a stud! Also, can those lasers be used in raves? Asking for a friend
@@YourFavoriteCountryCuzin803 some homes have a dedicated closet that is designed during the build and others just re-purpose a coat closet or linen closet to achieve the same goal. In this case it was a coat closet.
@@capstonehometheater oh ok thank you I’m asking because I’m trying to get in the business and just trying to gain as much knowledge I can to do things the right way thank you for your time
Great another video only showing how to put the speaker in the wall/ceiling. NOT how to do a complete install. Lets see what’s missing: 1. How the wires are run 2. How the wires are connected Does an installer need to worry about losing business because they show these things? Absolutely not. Why? Because people who are not technically inclined, don’t have the tools, or don’t want to DIY it will call an installer. Those people make up a greater percentage than the DIYer. And the people that do not currently have the funds to have the speakers or to hire an installer are just watching for the entertainment anyway

When did he run the wire earlier? Did I miss the part where he showed it?
That’s what I Wana see
They never show that. Most of these videos from installers are clipbait
Is there a video for feeding the cables?
Excellent video! I especially love the 3D - 360° laser level you used to align the speakers in the ceiling with the center light fixture.
installing these is the easy part how do you fish those wires up there.
Right? That is what I am trying to find out!
How did we pre run the wire when the hole was just cut.????
Well that’s the easy part, how do you get the speaker wire back down if you have an av receiver in the same room?
Exactly what I was thinking
Where did the wires come from at the 10 minute mark? Can you do another video about how to run those wires?
We pulled them before we started recording but we will post another video on that topic soon.
Wish I had that ten minutes back

you go into the attic and put the speaker wire there. not rocket science.
But what if it's on the ground floor?
How to conection with amplifier please full video
They don't show you the hardest part. Smh

Very informative Russell
Nice one, but your system for cutting and screwing can be daunting and causing muscle ache.

Where is the power source
There is an AV closet on the other side of the house that has the amp powering the speakers. Customer had an extra zone available on the Denon X4700H
@@capstonehometheater ok so do most houses have this
