  • Richie Ryulie will do a presentation of his ROS project built during his completion of the ROS 2 Basics Python course. In this presentation, Richie Ryulie will show how he made a Turtlebot 3 robot perform a straight line following behavior as well as execute a service that commands the robot to move in a square route, recording the odometry with action server.

    Great energy Rodrigo. Good to see your robot navigating Richie. The starship robots spent two weeks mapping campus before they started deliveries -- but it seems that the robots are continuously updating their maps. Their recovery behaviors have improved (avoiding students is hard) over the last few years, and the robots are moving faster than at the beginning. Puddles still give them some trouble.
