When I first moved to LA I lived right down the street, they were super kind and have helped me out more than a few times. I’ve met most of the people there and they are all very nice
Beautiful instrument with a great sound! I play five-strings tuned BEADG and EADGC tuning. I love the idea of a six-string but I am a sucker for vintage designs and almost all six-strings out there are very modern.

did you use flats on there or regular round wounds?
im actually using half wounds. But i really like dead rounds though. ive heard alot of people do flats on sereks which sound great too

thanks for watching. Thats surprising, but all of the sereks i have played sound amazing either way
I am curious where you read that. Their site offers quotes on only 4 and 5-string instruments which makes me wonder if this was an extra-special custom order.
@@jkndrkn I emailed the folks at Serek and they told me they used to make 6 string basses but now only 4 & 5 string basses.
