  • I am sharing 7 ways to remain stagnant in middle management and never get promoted to the top.
    I've framed it this way because our brains are better at finding problems and solutions.
    This approach is called inversion thinking, where you solve problems in reverse.
    For example, instead of asking how to be a great leader, you ask how to be a terrible leader, list all the ideas to become a terrible leader, and then do the exact opposite. I've learned this way of thinking from Charlie Munger.
