hi. I am a 12 yo girl from Europe and recently I've been very insecure about how my friends see me. So I started searching some things that can help me improve my opinion about myself, even though i always had succes at school and performed in piano. I feel down these days and I am happy I found your channel, I can see someone talking in a balanced way about so many problems or prejudices people have and gives me a clue for a solution. Thank you so much💕
Keep working on yourself sweet girl! Keep educating yourself and seeking out the things that thrill your soul. Don’t listen to small minded kids in school. One day you will all go your separate ways and you will find your special group who loves you for who you are☺️ Much love from the United States!
Wow, you are a very mature 12 yr old. Way to go girl. Wish you all the best and that you reach your goals in life. Remember always that the one who invests time in education is always a winner. But also do not forget this famous saying " all work and no play makes Jill a dull person". So make sure your life is balanced. Good luck dear 👋🥳🇨🇭👍
@@Pocketrose3 yes, thank you, I'm aware of that. Alzheimer can take your "knowledge", but it's not a point here and you realize it very well, I'm certain. You can say the same about death, so what? And yet, if you have knowledge about Alzheimer you can try to prevent it, right? There's no guarantee, but it worth a try.
Thank you for mentioning the importance of culture and how stimulating it can be. I’m a culture worker myself - im a classical musician. I’m so sad to see mostly old people attending concerts. Maybe classical music is an acquired taste. Or maybe people are just intimidated and afraid they won’t get or like it. I think an appreciation for culture is something that needs to be developed ideally early in life. Parents need to bring their kids to cultural events, give them a taste of it so they may seek it for themselves when they’re adults. I’m not saying a grown up who never entered a hall or a museum is a lost cause - absolutely not. But it’s less likely that going to hear the symphony will come to your mind when thinking of how to spend your Friday night if you never went. Something I’d add to your already well curated list : learning another language. It’s difficult if you don’t get to practice it to become somewhat fluent of course. But if you can, it’s amazing what it does to your brain! It opens your mind too to discover that other languages are structured differently - and soon your own thoughts get built differently in you mind when speaking that other language. And most importantly it gives you the opportunity to discover people you could never had talked to otherwise - you don’t even need to be that good, confidence and curiosity are key! Thank you for another great video 🙏
I can relate to and at the same time value your opinion. I have degree in engineering and then few later i choose Anthropology course , their i read impact of culture on individual, people, society, even to the level of civilization. After this i started appreciating even more my own culture &tradition. And parallely exploring other cultures.
Yes, you're right, mostly old people attending concerts. When I was at Royal Opera House two weeks ago, I saw a small number of young people. That's not so upsetting for me, but my boyfriend is very sad about the fact, that people of our age (25, 26 years old) in most cases don't like opera and classic music.
When I was a teen, my father and I went to the symphony once or twice a year. I loved it. I love music so much, I definitely share your sadness in seeing the lack of interest in classical through younger people. I’m in my late 30s and I have trouble finding anyone remotely interested in fine arts like classical music, ballet, paintings etc.
I can relate I'm 13 years old and I'm passionate about classical music as a pianist prodigy my father Is a musicologist a bach and hadel specialist in university and my mother is an English lrtuter professor so I grew up learning many coultres and the thing is teens like me now they like anime, kpop, tiktok and so on don't get me wrong I like these things as well but I olso know a lot about the past classics but many teens don't that's the sad thing
For me, someone who doesn’t know that much about classical music, yes, it is intimidating. It also feels like a very judgy environment, where you have to know a lot if things from the beginning and have to appreciate things in a very specific way, otherwise you will be branded as ignorant. So yeah, for me it’s difficult to find the potential beauty and joy under all that pressure.
I'm taking a step back here and appreciating that you're presenting being "well educated" as a positive attribute, Anna. In a culture where anti-intellectualism too often takes center stage, it's refreshing and reassuring.
The value of a person has become purely visual instead of substance. What happened to a beautiful wall of books and conversation that stimulates your mind?
@@ohliza3312 you still find these in France. in fact the problem there would be the over -intellectualisation of everything (in highly educated circles) but i do miss living there just for that...debating for hours around a good dinner drinking wine...not taking things at face value.
Anti -intellectualism isnt about being against education or knowledge. Certainly not the way its presented by Anna. Anti -Intellectualism is about the academic/Ivy League culture of snobbery, closed mindedness, entitlement, and politics that comes from that set. A lot of people aren't crazy about your wine swiller that says "Latinex" instead of "Latino/Latina" and brags about how putting their seven year old on puberty blockers to support their transgender journey. Plenty of people hate those. It has nothing to do with being well read, knowledgeable, worldly, or enlightened.
@@marissashantez6051 yes, I agree. Some of the most well-read and intelligent people that I've come across never stepped foot in a university. Some of the biggest idiots I have ever met were in my law school classes.
I feel like it’s impossible to be extremely educated regarding everything, therefore being humble, curious and willing to learn is a great advice. People that are passionate about something, normally love to share that passion and knowledge. Learning from someone can be a great bonding and networking experience. Also, find out what you truly are passionate about and keep your mind open to different things, different experiences and opinions (and this is why critical thinking is sooo important). Love the video Ana.
i agree with you. but sometimes people dont know much outside of trends or popular media or social media to fuel creativity or passion. thats why i agree with anna that most people should get more immersed with culture, then expand their knowledge and skills through reading, seminars and the like.
You’re a doll, Anna, and I enjoy your stress on “elegance”. In a world where social proprieties, manners, and putting our best selves forward sometimes seem to be on the wane, your reminders are uplifting and timely. I appreciate your programming immensely. Keep up the good work!
Birds of a feather always flock together...when you make friends with more elite circles and keep yourself healthy and educated and always reaching for higher success ... watch your life change! Always great advice here with Anna 💕
... until the cat comes. Are you suggesting that we shouldn't aspire to reach more prestigious social circles if we want good friends, or is it a misuse of the idiom?
You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. So if you aren’t “ leveling up” look at your daily interactions and it won’t take long to find out why.
This is such great advice! I have been a college professor for over 20 years and I wish my students understood this as well as you do. Many people I've encountered assume that being educated is a one-time event (like earning a degree) instead of an active process that must occur on a daily basis. In fact, a degree itself isn't even as important as the mindset and habits you describe in this short video. The information you present here is so valuable. As an educator, I just want to say that I agree with you and strongly encourage others to follow your suggestions.
Very well stated and so true. We are happier, healthier, and just have all round better lives if we continue to learn throughout life. As a clinical psychology professor now retired, I know the research on this. Elderly populations with the best educations have the most self reported happiness, the best overall health status, and the best brain functioning...so say longitudinal studies, not just self report, but anatomical.brain research as well re Alzheimers , dementia, and other neurological issues...keep those synapses sparking with electrical impulses produced by brain acitivity! This is probably one of the best videos of Anna that I’ve seen. There are so much invaluable life advice here. I am happy to see Anna’s channel evolve in such positive way.
Couldn't agree more. There is always room for improvement. In which case it is an antidote to pride (the arrogant type of pride). Besides, we are either falling backwards or moving forwards. Staying still ultimately means we are falling back....
She should really consider the Español Audience. I saw a brazilian .. vlogger about health, has another channel with a voice over translation. Beautiful! Beautiful. Educating ALL the WOrld.
I love that Anna's elegance philosophy is being a well-rounded amazing human being. Is not just clothing and dressing is also being good from inside out. The best kind of growth!
One thing I would add to this is being able to determine valid sources of information (i.e. don't believe everything you read on the internet). Is there a credited author? Is the information associated with a well-known, reputable organization? Are you able to find multiple reputable sources to back up one statement?
So good point no. seven! Those of us who had philosophy and logic in school are blessed with critical thinking and analytical skills. I obtained my Ph.D. abroad eight years ago, and I am learning new things every single day. Learning is an ongoing process. Exploring new places, reading books, and new professional information help, too! :)
That's a very important point! I studied politics 10 years ago for two years. In these two years (I had a really good teacher, who explained Carl von Clausewitz to us) I learned a lot about strategy, logic etc., which has helped me so much in so many aspects of my life!
Me too. I have a nursing degree but went on to also get a bs in sociology and an ma in holistic spirituality and healthcare. Every day I still learn something new.
I think us PhD holders know that we are constantly on the path of learning even within our field “of expertise.” Especially since I work in R&D, I learn something new often
Expanding your food pallet is another form of "education". Think about it, if your mainly eating your local dishes. In my area it's a lot of beef and corn. Branching out to other authentic foods from around the world shows a side of you that is open to new experiences. Therefore, it is very enriching.
1.well traveling to different places exposing yourself to different people, environments, cultures, religions foods etcc 2.well read u read lots of books :) and different genres 3.experiencing the world doing different things and trying new stuff ✨️ 4.they have hobbies and interests 5.cultural events(theater, piano, museums etc) 6.practice analytical thinking/critical thinking 7.always seeking awnsers being open to new things u don't know about 8.good table manners.
I 100% agree with ALL of this. When I started to travel and see all walks of life, it gave me true empathy and understanding toward others. One more that really resonates with me is proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation, especially in today's texting and email world. A brilliant person who has bad grammar and spelling just comes off to me as careless. I do 100% agree with critical thinking!!! Too many people are followers of everything they hear. It seems to be people go with whatever suits their current whim as opposed to thinking what is best overall.
I’m looking forward to taking my daughter to the ballet and symphony once she’s got the attention span to sit still for it. I used to love ballet & musicals with my mother, and the symphony with my father. My little girl already loves music and dance so much that she tells me often she wants to be a ballerina. 💕
@chelsea bunker ~ your little one might truly become a ballerina. I’m incredibly thankful my mom enrolled me in classes when I was young. I begged her. I performed well into my mid thirties. Ballet remains my favorite art in all of life, and I’m 62.
Point 4, point 4, point 4 !!! Couldn't repeat it enough! Well said, Anna: "read whatever you want, (not necessarily classics) but READ"! Open up your mind! Thank you for remembering it to your followers. Love from Rome/Italy
One of the best things I have ever done for myself is taken an intro to law course and an ethics course. It really teaches you soooo many invaluable things that you really don’t learn any other way except maybe through experience, which can take a whole lifetime to garner! You don’t have to obtain a degree to go to college. You can totally just enroll in a couple interesting courses, take the knowledge, and run! You don’t have to commit 4+ yrs of your life to learn a few things!
Hey @CindyLouWhoXO I find it interesting that you say that. I would love to enroll in classes just for the sake of taking that one specific class instead of trying to get an entire degree on that subject, but the Universities I know usually only allow a limited and enrolled amount of students, so that no "outsider" could join the class. How do you do it, to just take classes that you´re interested in? Do you search them online? Or do you just go to University, sit in the last row and hope that noone kicks you out? :D
point 7 is spot on. i grew up in a more high end type of suburb and went to a very good public school where debating and fundamenting ideas was encouraged it wasn't until university that I realized not everyone was taught to think for themselves... to this day I am often appalled at how most people lack critical thinking skills
The US public education system is very much designed to mold you into a robot. It is quite a hindrance to personal prosperity. The whole system was created with the intention to instill nationalism and assimilate everyone into this culture that has actually had quite negative consequences.
Table manner is very important in Chinese culture. We only can sit the same spot as usual and cannot get the food far away from us. You should ask for the people near the food. There are so much more. People should check the program out.
I come from a rural community. I am a retired Nurse Practitioner and had a big practice. I still do a bit of fill in for others, but would be fine not working at all. I have 4 degrees. I even was at the top of my class in two of those. As a female and a nurse, my intelligence and education are often underestimated. During my working life, I have been organized, effective and a mentor for others. I have travelled and worked in a variety of settings. But I do not put it out there! Haha! I suppose I could be seen as a bit scary. I love fashion and style and have pretty decent table manners. As I said. Many people underestimate me, but it sometimes fun to give them a bit of a shock when they pontificate or are condescending towards me! I can hold my own!
I'm so grateful to you Anna!💝 Two years before myself vs me today there is a huge difference. I've become much more organized in every way possible. And will always try to be the best version of myself. 😌
#7 is absolutely true-I went to a fairly elite private K-12, then a strong public uni for undergrad & grad, and my high school heavily emphasized critical consumption of media and experiences. That meant an interest in not just consuming, say, a theatre performance, but also familiarizing oneself with the history and context of the program. That meant not just reading the news, but assessing its biases and reliability, and how it fits into a broader context. I would disagree with #8-the issue isn’t saying “I don’t know,” it’s not caring to change that status. The educated person recognizes that there’s plenty they don’t know, and when confronted with an instance of not knowing, is likely to consider how they would answer the question, or what they would suspect the answer to be and why or why not that might hold true.
My mother always told me that experience is the best teacher. Certainly makes perfect sense being that when you get experience you gain knowledge of those experiences. I am a firm believer in that the truly educated never graduate. There is always something to learn.
I like #7 - objective critical thinking, as well as #8 - curiosity. I would also add being open-minded to new perspectives as a corollary to critical thinking and analyzing, self-awareness and meditation, and always learning. Also, there's something to be said about higher formal education.
Good morning Anna, I recently subscribed to your channel and I am very happy to have found you all my life i really like being elegant but a guide like you was missing in my life. not only for everything you teach us and the spectacular clothes you wear, but also for the motivation you leave in each message, I identify with you 100%, thank you very much! If people gave the proper use to the internet and used their time to learn to be better every day, this world would be very different thank you🥰
Anna, you are so lovely to listen to! I’ve been watching you for years and your advice is always so entertaining whilst remaining educational. You are very close to our hearts ❤️
Before the pandemic, we enjoyed going to visit the orchestra, museums and aquariums. We can’t forget ballet and modern dance! Can’t wait to visit those again
This was a great episode Anna, I love that it’s not the typical just get your degree you’ll be elevated. I believe today the people I meet without a degree but have had many life experiences are the happiest and most luxurious to speak to! You look gorgeous. 😍
My only suggestion is to not limit your research to Google. It's a start, but know how to seek out reputable sites and resources - like a library - not just the top answers.
I cant agree more! Travel, art, culture...do things & read! I def feel lucky to be able to do it all and live abroad! 😊😇 Hopefully people will do it more and more! World exposure is everything! Thanks Anna!
As always I loved this video! This reminded me of my childhood because I would always hear people telling my mom that she has children que tienen educacion, children that have education, but this mostly meant in manners and how we respected people. A big thing for us is making sure we greet everybody in a room, even if we don't know them.
Culture, hobbies, travels I call them "Soul food". If you don't know something it is ok with Google BUT it is not the only source of information. I am lucky because in the city where I live there are a lot of public libraries and they are free. Thanks Anna for your work. You bring light to this world.
When I lived in bigger cities, I was able to do all of those things - now, I'm in Mississippi (temporarily) and all I have to say is - Thank goodness for Amazon (home shopping) and the internet... Without these I would not be learning a new language, learning to crochet my own designs (to sell or gift) and I learned how to cook better meals, design my dream home and learn to put the power of manifesting to work...
With some of the greatest writers (Tennessee Williams, Faulkner, Welty) and musicians being from Mississippi, along with the historic architecture, why not explore that?
I love this video Anna. Money can not buy class and knowledge . Thanks for reminding and teaching us to be a well rounded woman. God bless you . Blessings from Hong Kong . ❤️🌸
I love reading, listening to classical music, and going out to do new things. That's how I learned, and got to know what I like, like Anna was saying. It's fun, and opens up your mind too.
@@TRUTHWINSALLWAYS Since the context is in and of itself about education, it is very much a different scenario and referring to a meta conversation. Context is everything in conversation.
@@TRUTHWINSALLWAYS if you would respect your own principles you would have kept this response to yourself. Food for thought what keeps your manners still out of context- and a great day.
The best education is living in a multi socio economic world. Fancy and not fancy. Talking to all types of people. Connecting w them. Talking not about weather or your pets, but connecting hearts and sharing love.
I needed this! thank you. I really enjoy opera, ballet and theatre. It makes me feel the same way, I’m not sure why I stopped doing the things I enjoy but I know it’s probably what I’m missing!
Hi Anna! I am working hard for my exam Your video notification came and I can't stop myself from watching it. I learnt so many things from you today. Regards nd love from India
I really enjoy your channel Anna! Thank you so much for addressing this aspect of elegance. I think that so often we focus on outward appearance and all the quick 'tips and tricks' we can use to appear more elegant or classy or to catch someone's attention. But at 52, and with more than my fair share of (wonderful and rich) life experience, I definitely know that what endures beyond the physical is the intellectual; the cultural - the humanity and spark and curiosity for life that shines through even while the polish is 'wearing off'. Sexy = your body. Pretty = your face. Beauty = your soul! Soul is what endures. Thank you for this reminder!
Biographies in novel form! Have recently started to read such. Now I'm addicted. There were and are such interesting and fascinating people all over the world from whom we can learn a lot. Have read: Anna Freud, Voltaire, Madame Curie, Helena Rubinstein, Jean Paul Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Josephine Baker, Hedy Lamarr and Michelangelo. It's just so much fun!
My school experience was of going from private schools to a public school in a poor neighborhood, and it is so true about the approach to analytical thinking. In private school whenever we had to give a definition or example of something, we had to put it in our own words. At public school I didn't pass an exercise because when the teacher told us to write sentences down as examples of different definitions, I had written new examples and he had wanted us to just write down word-for-word exactly what he had said. It was very eye-opening.
This is a good video, defining educated, but also how to... There are so many accessible informations online now. As a child I got the right foundational values from my family, but my curious mind allowed me to search for more, and by going to better (free/public) schools I befriended people whose families did run by correct manners, language / elaborate vocabulary (in french this is important), hard work, respect and interest in culture & arts...so you do end up levelling up alongside these families.
Thank you Anna, I needed to hear this. I had been doing that naturally for the longest time but I got a bit lazy recently with personal education and growth as I get caught up with work and everyday life. Your words have resonated within me as they are truly wise and realistic. One of your best videos in my opinion. ❤🙏
Anna is right! Curiosity is the key! No quick, easy formulas to "appear educated", but pursue answers to your questions and deepen your cultural experiene for a lifetime.
Anna I respect you so much .. your so down to earth.. you don’t act or feel your better then others.. your humble and I appreciated strong and humble people like yourself .. I also appreciate how you want to help others to become their best self.. God bless
You are correct. My grandmother raised me and curtain things are a no no. Passed it on to my girls. Musicals, art, not saying the word aint, and learning different cultures. Love your channel.
Also emotional intelligence/other kinds of intelligence are a thing-which intelligent people can recognize in others :) we are all intelligent actually, but in different ways. Don’t hold yourself down by thinking you are worthless because you don’t measure up to society’s definition of “intelligence”. (My mistake) eg. I can probably barely spell the word, but I am fluent in other languages :)
It is a great video! I am tired of culture where people with no passions or substance are famous, idolised and called inspirational. I don’t get this. Education is the true wealth, and in Europe you don’t need to be a millionaire to attend university. But you get to determine who you are, your life, your possibilities, if you choose to get education that you like. What I always carry through life no matter what my financial situation is, is that my parents always bought me any books I wanted from the bookstore. They said, it doesn’t matter how much it costs, it’s knowledge and money spent for books is always money well spent. Even if I don’t currently have lots of spending money, I always make sure to buy and read books, because they truly open different worlds and allow me to learn and explore.
UA-cam is an amazing tool for so many different topics as well as being a treasure chest of information. I use UA-cam to educate myself in a wide range of topics. I may not be able to spend money to go to conferences, theater or other countries. UA-cam allows me to soak up these things when i cannot afford a plane ticket or an entrance fee.
Hi Anna .. great video❤️.. I love the way your points were presented.. point 7 on critical thinking is something that many people just don’t do .. excellent reminders for us all . I also believe traveling can help with our educations. It teaches us to be flexible and observant… I’m looking forward to your next video. XXOO
Oh LOVE YOU ANNA BEY! You are always inspiring us to a deeper level of thinking. This is what education should be, elegance means to be, and the best version of what we mean to be!!!!!!!!!😍😍🥰🥰
My favorite video of Anna. I have a couple of passions and I've always been criticized by my father as "Jack of all trades master of none" but the end of the saying is: "oftentimes better than master of one"
Unfortunately, it would seem nowadays that people only travel for the gram. They stay in the same resorts, take the same pictures and don't even really experience life in those places.
My worst fear is to live the same week every week of my life. I always try new thing each week. Last week i went for a pilot class and this week Imo going to do backstage of a series. I dont always do things outdoors and pricey. I could be reading a book about something i dont know (love the bill gates booklist because he had a lot of different interest) Or learning a new cuisine, go to a different part of town. We are in the information era. We should use it! Have fun, you will live 52 weeks a year.
I've recently been listening to I AM affirmations. I feel so lost with what has been occurring over the past few years. It has been extremely difficult. Thank you for sharing any positive thoughts as I need them ten-fold. ❤
I get and agree what you are meaning by #8, keeping your curiosity at high levels throughout your life enriches your knowledge constantly. But the way it comes across, it's almost like saying anything at all is better than saying "I don't know", which is mostly untrue. I can't stand it when I ask someone something and instead of telling me "I don't know", they start blabbering about the topic they clearly know nothing about. When you don't know something, it's best just give an honest "I don't know", it takes more courage and honesty to do so than to try to impress and embarrass yourself instead. But I still think you are right in what you mean, I just thought the phrasing made it sound that way.
Dear Anna, can you do an updated version of a video on how to network for finding friends as well as for professional purposes? That would be super helpful. Thank you.
#7 Analyzing is what truly separates people. Those who listen accept what is feed to them, join cults and political party’s that try to ban things like books and try to control you. When you have critical thinking skills, then you question the group and don’t fall for it.
I love that you are understanding that people are coming from different background. However we can all keep learning in order to broaden our mind. Love always
You know what I love in social settings and at conferences etc. if I’m unsure… I say “honestly I’m not sure but I am so willing to hear YOUR opinions on the topic so I can make a better judgement about it, please enlighten me.” Or something along those lines 🙏🏻💕 just opening yourself up to someone else’s perspective can pique your interest enough to pursue more knowledge on a topic on the future. And then you allow that person to share with you. It grows a level of trust with someone and lets you to connect to them deeper when you give them permission to educate YOU even on the spot sometimes. People will always be grateful when you take interest in what THEY are passionate about. Ah Anna, I love you 💕🙏🏻 missed your content, precious woman! Thank you for this 🙏🏻🙌🏻 I even did this at a networking event recently and the high profile woman said I’d love to catch up for coffee and chat to you further about it. I mean it’s a win win for everyone. She’s a fund raiser for charities and I don’t know anything about it but I am seriously interested! It’s always a huge boost for someone when you allow them to help you understand like that🙏🏻 it made her day and it made mine too! 😍

I'm taking a step back here and appreciating that you're presenting being "well educated" as a positive attribute, Anna. In a culture where anti-intellectualism too often takes center stage, it's refreshing and reassuring.
I agree. I'm tired of the "dumming down" of United States. I like this video but I do think it is a good thing to use proper grammar and "big" words.
I agree.
Couldn’t agree more with you 😊!
i agree with you. but sometimes people dont know much outside of trends or popular media or social media to fuel creativity or passion. thats why i agree with anna that most people should get more immersed with culture, then expand their knowledge and skills through reading, seminars and the like.
I love Ms. Anna Bey. ❤️ There's lots of other woman teaching about elegance but nothing beats Ms. Anna Bey. God bless you always! ❤️
Are you a bot?
I only heard Elegance from Anna. Now others are trying to copy.
I think she was the first one who introduced this concept. She grew so much and she evolved so much as well. So exciting.

Yup

Are you suggesting that we shouldn't aspire to reach more prestigious social circles if we want good friends, or is it a misuse of the idiom?

@@AstarteElviraLyana Brilliant question 🤔
Well said!
I agree. Bravo Anna!
I agreed 👍🏻
Anna Bey is one of the most progressive, greatest things to happen to UA-cam. You inspire me everyday.
Amen! I'm turning all my friends on to Anna's channel. Real class
100% agree!!!!!
Couldn't agree more. There is always room for improvement. In which case it is an antidote to pride (the arrogant type of pride). Besides, we are either falling backwards or moving forwards. Staying still ultimately means we are falling back....
Agree with you
She should really consider the Español Audience.
Education should not be never stopped all our life. You are absolutely right, Anna!
So happy "My dear elegant ladies" is back... Immediately you said it, I realized how much I've missed it🥰🥰. Thank you Anna.
One thing I would add to this is being able to determine valid sources of information (i.e. don't believe everything you read on the internet). Is there a credited author? Is the information associated with a well-known, reputable organization? Are you able to find multiple reputable sources to back up one statement?
I'd be careful of which well-known, "reputable" organisations you believe to offer valid information, Brittany! ;)
@@lisabeaumont How was this meant to add to the conversation?
A hundred times, yes! Discernment and critical thinking skills are key to one's future.
you also need to question the mainstream narratives
CNN said it, so it has to be true 😂
My New Years ‘resolutions’ every year are mostly the things I select to study during the coming year.
Expanding your food pallet is another form of "education". Think about it, if your mainly eating your local dishes. In my area it's a lot of beef and corn. Branching out to other authentic foods from around the world shows a side of you that is open to new experiences. Therefore, it is very enriching.
The most important thing a lady can learn about elevating her life, is to elevate and nourish her mind, body, and spirit 💡 😊
Beautifully said.

I’ve noticed when you get your body physically fit, the other two fall into place.
1.well traveling to different places exposing yourself to different people, environments, cultures, religions foods etcc
2.well read u read lots of books :) and different genres
3.experiencing the world doing different things and trying new stuff ✨️
4.they have hobbies and interests
5.cultural events(theater,piano,museums etc)
6.practice analytical thinking/critical thinking
7.always seeking awnsers being open to new things u don't know about
8.good table manners.
Sitting on the train after work, in a fancy, elegant dress, sunglasses on and watching your video- thank you Anna for your guidence!❤️
;D that's such a nice image you create Teele
I’m actually grateful for UA-cam, I’m learning so much here, it’s so great!
@@xCindyLouWhox i'm portuguese, but i feel like what you said also applies!
Same! I actually find the lack of critical thinking skills mind blowing.
sameeee
Anna you look wonderful .... Like a picture in Town and Country!
You and your channel have been one of the bright spots on YT
Best Wishes! :)
You are incredible dear Anna. Waiting for your another master piece. 🍾🎊🎉🍾
If people gave the proper use to the internet and used their time to learn to be better every day, this world would be very different thank you🥰
I went to private school through the 8th grade, and I'm so grateful that I was taught at an early age to think for myself.
Anna, you are so lovely to listen to!
I’ve been watching you for years and your advice is always so entertaining whilst remaining educational.

In my opinion, the darker hair is really flattering to you. It brings out your eye color. Thank you for this video it was very eye-opening.
“My dear elegant ladies” is back🥰 Thank you Anna❤️
You have such a pretty dress (not to mention your looks) , and you bring to our attention very realistic, yet useful ideas. Congratulation!
I must say it's a very important topic. Thank you, Anna.

Beautiful episode Anna, thank you! I couldn't agree more. Such a well-rounded video. It's not a degree that makes someone educated.
The best education is living in a multi socio economic world. Fancy and not fancy. Talking to all types of people. Connecting w them. Talking not about weather or your pets, but connecting hearts and sharing love.

This look is so perfect for you. You look radiant.

I just want to appreciate how beautiful, and how well-put-together Anna looks in this video.
Ms Anna you are the epitome of elegance .here, have a rose 🌹.
UA-cam pick yesterday video that I watched. Loved this video.
Totally agree, but it is really at this moment of time a very East european thing indeed.
“Always try new things in life” - the best advice in the world.
Hi ,i am highly appreciating your guidance.. most valuable things..
Thank you so much dear Anne.
This is my favorite video you have recorded. I have watched many times.
My worst fear is to live the same week every week of my life.
I always try new thing each week. Last week i went for a pilot class and this week Imo going to do backstage of a series.
I dont always do things outdoors and pricey. I could be reading a book about something i dont know (love the bill gates booklist because he had a lot of different interest)
Or learning a new cuisine, go to a different part of town.
could you do a video on how to dress elegantly & age appropriate when you’re a teen?
Thank you.
Anna, you said previously you didn't like the color of your hair, but to my mind, you look really great
#7 Analyzing is what truly separates people. Those who listen accept what is feed to them, join cults and political party’s that try to ban things like books and try to control you. When you have critical thinking skills, then you question the group and don’t fall for it.
I love that you are understanding that people are coming from different background. However we can all keep learning in order to broaden our mind. Love always
That color looks great on you Anna
Your dress looks absolutely stunning on you.
