What a load of shit. Literally. I've eaten like this and trained like an animal, and although I did get massive and strong, I was the most unhealthy I've ever been. Not to mention, I was soft as hell. I'm so sick of roided up, insulined up bodybuilders promoting this unhealthy way of eating, when in reality the natural lifter would pack on loads of fat and some muscle eating this way. He stays lean due to all the gear he's on. Do we really wonder why all these new age mass monsters are dying of heart attacks before 50? Maybe it's because they eat like this with no regard for their health. Arnold and co. actually ate healthy (tons of clean protein and veggies, etc.) back in the golden age and those guys are all still around for the most part. I wonder why...

If you eat one meal and it's 3,000 calories, You. Will. Gain. Weight. You can spread your meals between 1 meal, 2 meals, 3 meals, or even 6 meals, what matters at the end of the day when you put your head on your pillow and fall asleep is HOW MANY CALORIES YOU GOT THE ENTIRE DAY, whether that be starting to eat at 6pm, 6am, IT. You're partially right. But if you were to eat 1 meal a day your body goes into fat storage mode and the weight you gain will be more fat than if you were to split it up into more meals. More meals spread out keeps your metabolism higher and keeps you from storing as much fat.

i always thought restriction was better, but for fat loss and muscle definition my trainer taught me that I had to eat more of the right foods. So I'm glad this was made. Really wish he did a video of his go to workouts.

His diet is so unhealthy, so much saturated fats, cholesterol, simple sugars, fried food, supplements and literally no fruits or vegetables, hardly any fiber. You know your diet is bad when you take multivitamins and they come with no fiber. Also the classic split workouts, drugs and side enhancements and supplement endorsment.

My weight loss diet if anyone cares. I am a fat guy, 6'2", 260 pounds (was 275lbs last month). trying to lose some weight.
Breakfast
2 boiled eggs, a bowl of oatmeal,some almonds cashew, one banana and one toast with natural peanut butter on.
Snack: apple, carrots some nuts and seeds
lunch: half a chicken breast baked, lots of salad and a little brown rice
snack no.2: oranges and a granola bars
dinner: steamed fish and salad.
I eat the same stuff everyday. I workout an hour everyday. My water intake is about 5 litres/day. With this diet i have lost 15 pounds in a month. costs me about 50 bucks a week plus u are never hungry.

Actually he is somewhat right because 10% of your body's daily caloric burn is the thermal effect of food. So increasing your meals will increase that thermal effect more often throughout the day to digest the foods you intake. So yes the more meals you eat the more calories your body will burn.

Most professional body builders can eat pretty much whatever they want in the offseason without gaining too much fat since they have crazy fast metabolisms. The normal person would gain a lot of fat with a diet like this. The body builders used combination of steroids and gifted genes to get where they are today.

He also shared a little bit of info - overall looks like oreos, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate and peanut butter chips, some flavor of ice cream, and some other sort of chocolate. All layered and put into the freezer to solidify.

Ken Berndt I think to consider someone obese or overweight they need to calculate their body fat percentage instead of just off weight and height it's very inaccurate. For example a guy who is 5' 10" 243lbs (Basically Mike Tyson) with a very athletic and strong physique is still considered obese while a person who is the exact same weight and height but is very inactive is also obese?? That doesn't make sense if you look at Mike Tyson he is not obese he is very muscular and athletic.
