Not really bro For example most of the construction worker in my country they are all ripped and got a pretty fit muscle and I can bet they dont use any steroids or even whey protein cause they really got a low salary for each months while supplements is expensive right here. What did they eat? Pretty much high amount of rice and fish, they dont eat any beef or chicken? Like I said them salary is pretty low and they could only afford cheap meals and an instant black coffe. How do I know? Once my parents building a house I saw them body really in a good shape and saw them eating the rice as much as they can. Is that healthy? I dont know but sometimes hard dirty workers we call them something like that got a good shape and muscles even they only eat once a day.
I remember Ronnie saying one big strategy he used, when taking his physique to the next level, was dialing down eating out in the off season 🤔 I get the calories = growth argument, but what happens when you (reasonably) optimize nutrition intake every meal? Can't get enough calories from healthy macros? Down some essential fat supps. Typically like 120c per table spoon! All that said, Regans future is lookin bright💪
run_crywolf it’s not necessarily that they’re hungry it’s that at their height and all that lean muscle they have it takes a lot of calories, fats, carbs, and proteins to supply their body with adequate amount of energy to grow at the level they need to get bigger and more defined for the next year’s show. It’s actually crazy they’ll skip one meal and they’ll lose like 4 pounds.
Juan Roca true I’m about 5’10 at 15 with a fast burning metabolism so I’m relatively skinny but I’m ripped I need to eat twice as much as anyone else not to gain muscle but to keep myself from losing it
Calories are calories, malnutrition comes with dirty foods if you continuously consume those foods without proper nutrition. You can take a good multivitamin and cover a lot of what you need.
@@AOIbis if you split those vitamins into 4 serving and eat them with meals studies show they do absorb relatively well. (Capsule only). I take legion triumph and never have any problems.

Most beginners are going to get fucked on that, hence the most common cycle for amateurs putting on mass is just low doses of Test. P.S It's 3 months for a normal cycle(not pre comp) and 3 months of PCT.

The man is counting his calories, it's NOT dirty bulking where you just try to eat as much as you can while not accounting for your daily calorie intake. 1000 calories of burger or 1000 calories of chicken and rice aren't going to make a single difference when putting on muscle.. Jelle Versteeg there’s a 0% chance this man is exterting 6600 calories in a day, even if his BMR was 2000 and he managed to somehow put in TWO 1000 cal workouts he’s still 2600 cal in a surplus (40%) which would be indeed classed as a dirty bulk.

Although with the amount of muscle he is holding on to I'm really not really sure. My maintainance lies around 3500 calories and I need around 4k to put on muscle in a slow way. I'm an ant compared to this guy so would makes sense he needs these calories. Luke sandoe also bulks around 6k and gets down to 4-3k at the end of a prep. We would need to see prove to be sure though.
This is why today's bodybuilders produce bubble guts and then having to go through a rigorous cutting plan. Why not eat clean all year round, in the old school era it was about clean food and stomach vacuums and not to mention some cardio to go with it. Nowadays they just eat any calories which includes fries on a daily basis with deserts etc, this puts so much stress on the body, I honestly do not want to hear what your doctor says your healthy, this is defo not good for the long term.

If you are consistently on growth the workouts are nothing more than a formality you can put on size just by taking insulin before every meal and taking growth 4to 8 ius a day for growth and plenty of sleep

At their level, eating for health or enjoyment is less important than eating because it’s their job. Getting 100g of carbs from fruit or whole grains would be more nutritious than getting it from juice or kids’ cereal, but at some point the fiber and water content of healthy foods make that physically difficult.
Notice how the body builders now days eat way more carbs than the legends with the small wastes and vacuums. The old school bodybuilders took more of a keto / Atkins approach to dieting. You don’t need this much carbs especially to grow and have a great shape while adding on lean muscle mass. Just my opinion.

If you are consistently on growth the workouts are nothing more than a formality you can put on size just by taking insulin before every meal and taking growth 4to 8 ius a day for growth and plenty of sleep

At their level, eating for health or enjoyment is less important than eating because it’s their job. Getting 100g of carbs from fruit or whole grains would be more nutritious than getting it from juice or kids’ cereal, but at some point the fiber and water content of healthy foods make that physically difficult.

Notice how the body builders now days eat way more carbs than the legends with the small wastes and vacuums. The old school bodybuilders took more of a keto / Atkins approach to dieting. You don’t need this much carbs especially to grow and have a great shape while adding on lean muscle mass. Just my opinion.
