Cleaning the ceiling might be muscular endurance and/or cardiovascular endurance depending on how long Ball juggling = coordination 40 metre race = speed and reaction time I hope that helps! Great question, Yanni! I’ll hopefully make a video about this soon 👍🏼 but very simple you need: 1. To increase the size of your Rectus Abdominus muscles (6-pack muscles). You can do this with exercises such as planks, sit ups and leg raises. 2. You need to have a very low body fat percentage to see the ab muscles. To achieve this, do plenty of cardiovascular exercise (running, riding, team sports) and eat enough protein and kilojoules (calories) to build muscle and supply energy for your exercise but no too much that the extra energy is stored as fat (which will cover up that 6-pack)

When we rewatched the video in a different PE class, the fart is gone. Did Mr. D never fart? Idk it might've been one of my classmates but I was wondering if anyone else heard it and if someone has a timestamp lol

Depends on the conditioning of the person. For an untrained person, generally yes. For a trained person, generally no.

Great question, Yanni! I’ll hopefully make a video about this soon 👍🏼 but very simple you need:
