What a perfect spring soap! I know they're meant to be flowers, but the yellow piping in the middle looks like a bunch of baby chicks to me, and nothing says springtime like baby chicks. 🥰
Those flowers are a beautiful way of using up excess soap! Looks like spring! Loved hearing your chorus of bird friends while you soaped! Love to see your videos, thanks so much for sharing! 😊
Such a pretty soap Lisa, and your stamps are perfect! I would like to see what they look like filled with soap dough or mica paint. Thanks for the video
how long can you keep the piped flowes before they get to hard to cut? How do you keep the soda ash off the top? Love your channel, you are the most creative soap artist I have seen.
Hi Blair, no I don't add it. In the UK we have to label our soaps showing what is in the saponified bar. Therefore as glycerin is produced in the saponification reaction, created when the lye combines with the fatty acids of the oils it is present in the final bars in ALL cold process soap, so it needs to go on the label
I know, it's a bit of a pain, but over 90% of my audience are in the US where they use Fahrenheit, so I kind of got use to using it for soap making, I never use it for anything else.
Spring soap... ** sigh... such a treat for winter eyes! 😊

Lisa, I notice glycerin is listed on the ingredients on the soaps on your site. Do you add glycerin to your cold process soaps?

Why do you use Fahrenheit when you are a British soap maker?
I know, it's a bit of a pain, but over 90% of my audience are in the US where they use Fahrenheit, so I kind of got use to using it for soap making, I never use it for anything else.
