Finally! After watching nearly 10 videos on Tadasana, a prodessionally made presentation providing important details of execution. Yogi Sandeep,Thank you very much for this detailed explanation. Namaste
This is an AWESOME video because it explains in detail, gently and accurately, how to do this pose so that anyone, even someone to whom hatha yoga is new, will understand how to do this. Fantastic!
Very good! Have you ever thought of giving the verbal instructions done here in abbreviated form? Stripping the spoken word to bare essentials but taking several minutes to speak that stripped-down verbal instruction?
Superb explanation thank you very much sir🙏🙏🙏. I am doing yoga class but never understand tadasan like this.it is phenomenal guidance.god bless you 🤗 always

Namaste Rene Iglesias ji Tadasana has 2 position of the feet. 1 - Feet apart - Also called as Samastithi. 2 - Feet together - Also called as Tadasana. It is difficult to keep the feet together and do the practice for beginners. So keeping the feet apart makes it little easier. With practice, we can start bringing the feet closer. Finally, as the practice improves further, we have to do with feet together. Thank you for watching the video. Take care and God Bless.

Namaste PAVINDER Sardana. Sorry for delayed reply. Thank you for your Inspiration and Motivation. As this is a Balancing Asana, also called as Samasthiti. For me this Asana is about a Balance of Energy. That is the reason why I have emphasized on two words. EFFORTS and EASE. So for me, this is about balancing the ENERGY.
Hi sir, please post one vedio which contains all the asanas including warmup and cool down stretches which can be done on daily basis. I hope to see the vedio soon. Thank you sir
Namaste ! I have been practising yoga for more than 15years. I am 39 year old. If i skip yoga practice even for a week, my body gets stiff and it gets hard to do even simple poses. Where ever i press in my body, i burp loudly. Could you please throw some light on my condition? Thank you!
Namaste SAI HR TECH SERVICES ji Both the Tadasana are different. In Traditional school of Yoga, Tadasan is the one in which we balance on the toes. In Modern school of Yoga, Tadasan is a Blue print to get into the standing pose. It is to do more with how to stand in Symmetry... Thank you

Hello Babita Kulkarni ji. Initially when you are practicing only Tadasan, you can hold the posture starting from 1 minute to 5 minutes. It is very good for Posture and also for Energizing our self. Then when ever you are doing any standing asana, you can come to Tadasan first for few seconds and then go into the desired asana. So Tadasan can be starting point for all standing asana.

Thank you for this great explanation. Why do some instructors recommend feet together?
Namaste Rene Iglesias ji
Tadasana has 2 position of the feet.

2 - Feet together - Also called as Tadasana.
It is difficult to keep the feet together and do the practice for beginners. So keeping the feet apart makes it little easier. With practice, we can start bringing the feet closer.
