    at 4:12 , how to push buttock muscle down? I do not get it.

      It's a simple of case figuring out the muscle. Try laying on the floor in a vertical position (your lower back should be raised naturally). Try then to push your lower back towards your heels and then up. You should figure out the muscle from this

      She meant contract buttock muscle. For better understanding read Light on Yoga by Iyengar.
