I just found your channel and this is the second great plugin I've learned about. One question about this, is it possible to set a meta title and description by post type like you can on Yoast? I only saw this option for each post individually in this video. One more question, is it possible to block your site map from being viewed by anyone and just have search crawler bots view it?

I'm not sure it's really a thing any more @gadgetgrader, even for security - Headless WordPress was featured in my video back in January this year where I reviewed what would be happening this year in WordPress - in chapter 4 here ua-cam.com/video/2J8fzxNmNOM/v-deo.html I talk about WordPress Headless specifically.
It depends @racingpigeons-tips - have you fully set up AIOSEO? The Slim SEO plugin doesn't have anything like the extended features that your current plugin has - its solely designed for those who do there own on page SEO
if you dont need any of the features in AIO then yes@@racingpigeons-tips - just deactivate it so you can got back to it if you decide Slim is not for you?
Hey Alejandro, Its as good as Rank Math on same things (better IMHO, as its simpler to use) - but Rank Math has tons more features that you dont need for basic, solid site SEO. Remember, this plugin does not make suggestions on optimising your content etc, it just gives you the necessary settings for site and page SEO without the bloat.
@@wpjakson I believe that if a person is going to be SEO and wants to position his website in the best possible way, he does not need Basic SEO, he needs too advanced SEO, then I stay with Rank Math, also thank you very much for the information and I suppose that this plugin It would be good for websites than online traffic by search engines is not a priority.
Rank Math is definitely better. Slim SEO is perfect for beginners, to compete against other beginners. Slim SEO is definitely a good choice if you have no experience and no other plugin available. But even the free version of Rank Math will outperform this plugin in any way

I tried both. Slim is one click seo. If you are going spend 5 minutes or more on seo work you should use rankmath.
