I’m sorry to say it’s another one of those rolling eyes videos where I am kicking myself, feeling like a chump and wishing I’d found this plugin sooner.
And in this case it would have saved me $1000’s of dollars in the past few years which kinda makes it even harder to swallow!
So pretty much every site I build since forever has some sort of sign up form - whether that’s a newsletter, lead capture, landing pages etc. And I’ve used various services over the years - for my own site I started with Mailchimp, went on to Drip then to ConvertKit and a few months ago was about to move to MailerLite - but doing the research for the move I came across a the subject of todays vid - and it knocked my socks off!
You see all the previously mentioned platforms are all great - mostly do the same thing and all do it pretty well, there’s just one problem and that is the cost. My ConvertKit yearly costs were getting on for $600 bucks! - and to be honest I wasn't really using it to the max and probs could have done a lot more to see better value from it.
But then I discovered FluenCRM - and let me tell you it absolutely smashes it out of the park! Oh, and did I mention it’s absolutely free?!
Newsletters, lead capture, email marketing, sales campaigns and funnels - it has it all.

Does this require that you use Fluent Forms or could WS Forms work with this platform?
Yes, you can integrate WS Forms with FluentCRM Nikolas - there's a WSF add for this, see the docs here: wsform.com/knowledgebase/fluentcrm/
I'm just worried about deliverability of the emails through the custom setup we would use.
It is good value for but not entirely sure how good of an idea it is to have your crm on your website.
Yes, I was feeling the same Dazman. There’s pros and cons but for a simple mailing list with say just a weekly newsletter and a few sign up forms, and maybe a launch funnel or 2 there really are no downsides I can see. But this is a discussion! - defo share the things the concern you - let’s get the convo gong!
@@wpjakson funnily enough, I thought more about this after leaving this comments and yeah you make a good point. Also, there's no reason you couldnt have an automation that pushes this to either a different CRM or Google sheets for backup purposes. I think it just comes down to workflow preference, tools you already use and if you need multiple people to use the CRM at once as this might be too much for your hosting to handle. For simple CRM needs as you said this will likely be very effective.
Yes, defo for all of that - the webhook feature of FluentCRM pro can push al the data anywhere (pretty much). Like you say, its all about using tools that can wrap around any existing workflow and I reckon FluentCRM can do that
Can you suggest any plugin for booking services? My client wants to provide customize travel packages on her website. they want booking widget for location dates and numbers of travelers. 😕

I don't think it can do email sequences properly which makes it useless imo.
It can do email sequences and lot of other things that most email marketing services can’t like auto email your latest blog post daily or based on your choice of the day
