🍎Japanese Curry Recipe
900g skinless trimmed chicken thighs
1 small apple
180g onions
400g Yukon gold potatoes
200g carrots
10g oil
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs ketchup
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbs of ginger
4-6 cubes of japanese golden mild curry
Chicken stock
Geat up oil and fry onions garlic and ginger.
Add chicken in and fry until brown.
Add 50% water and 50% chicken stock until it covers chicken
Add all the sauces, potatoes and carrots
Add curry cubes and stir until its fully dissolved. Use 4 if u want it less salty and 6 if you want more flavorful!
Simmer for 30 mins.

❤ yesterday I was able to get over 50g of protein between a smoothie and oatmeal 😋
Smoothie- berries and banana frozen fruit, avocado, spinach 2g/ unflavored protein powder 19g/milk 8g/ 1tbsp honey
Oatmeal- rolled oats 5g/ apple 1g/ milk 8g/ hemp 5g/ walnuts 5g/ cooked with butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, 1tbsp real maple syrup and a little lemon.
