Just found her workouts and I'm honestly crying rn.
I've always been a fat girl, which led to people making fun of me and myself being really insecure about the slightest thing. But then I did a lot of exercise and became wayyy healthier and skinnier. This quarantine did kill me and today when I weighted again I couldn't believe I have gained 15 kg; my body felt the same as before.
So tysm for inspiring me!! I'm definetely starting one of your programs today and eat healthier than I do 💞

I have dealt with that all my life no matter how "skinny" I got! I finally found that if I get shorts that have about a 5" inseam, they fall below that thigh-rub area and they don't ride up!! Express sells some that have a 5" inseam and I am obsessed. Hope that helps!

Ye 14 years old and I did the hard steps. I pushed through all the doubts that went through my head and through my body, I just kept on telling my self get up and do this! You can do this! Tell those people, SHOW THOSE PEOPLE at school and all around you that you are not just some worthless piece of nothing, a fat pig, over weight b*tch. I can already see the results today and thank you Chloe for pushing me through this amazing journey! LOVEEEEE YOUUUUU!!!!

Tahreem Rizwan I suggest doing five a day, then add on more as you get stronger.

Tahreem Rizwan so what I started doing was lots of knee push ups, I tried regular push ups and couldn’t push up. I added weights into her arm workouts I would do. I would just hold two water bottles in each of my hands. Eventually I got to push up. But my arms were very shaky when I pushed up and could only do one or else I wouldn’t be able to push up again. I just kept doing my push ups and eventually I got the strength to do more. But you just have to stay positive & hope for the best! I hope you could understand what I was saying😂
@@tahreem3739 Start with a higher angle (body to floor), like push up on a bar stool, then after two weeks use a regular chair and later on you can do push ups on a foot stool. Your angle goes from maybe 70°, to then 50° and in the end 20°. Maybe after one month you can do the push up(s) without tools and your arms will be strong enough to hit the floor! I hope my explanation didn't sound complicated or weird...
This recommendation is from a fitness trainer but I don't remember the video title (I think it was something along the lines of "Why you can't do push ups"). Doing kneeling push ups is not recommended, as it takes the pressure and weight of your core that you'll need to build strength long-term!

As much as I love looking snatched at the end of a workout challenge, the joy of being able to say you did it is much more a reason to be happy, in my opinion.
Edit: 5 months later I am now 9 days into the 2 week shred, I haven't missed a day and completed every workout assigned each day! I am going to follow through to the end and Ill update next week to say how I've changed.

I can't count the number of times I have shot down the idea of working out because of money. Chloe, you have completely removed that financial hurdle to getting healthy and made attaining workout goals possible. Chloe you're a true teacher and motivator. Thank you so much!
It's really comforting to hear you reassure us to not feel bad if we miss days or take longer recovery times. I have bad issues with chronic pain and chronic fatigue and get disheartened with working out because I know that sometimes (like this week) I'll have like a full week where I can barely get to the toilet without feeling like I'll collapse. I've been wanting to do one of your programs but didn't feel great about it because I *know* it will take me a lot longer than it would for someone who wasn't chronically ill, but hearing you say that reminded me that working out a couple times a week is better than not at all. Feeling encouraged to try your 2 Weeks Shred Challenge and to be forgiving with myself when it takes like a month lmao.

I just recently started the 26 days hourglass challenge and I had to take 4 days long break because I had a severe back pain and her saying that it's ok to take break made me feel all kind of positive emotions. And I kinda... Cried? She's the sweetest honeybun, cinnamon roll, angel. I love her.

A little bit story of mine. You guys can keep scrolling but i just wanted to share.
I'd been procrastinating on doing any of chloe's challenge because I didn't have enough space in my room and I didn't have much confident to do it in other rooms since all my family were home. So, I tried working out at midnight when everyone fell asleep but nope, I didn't like it. Next day I forced myself to workout in the morning. My family members were skeptical and said stuffs, but I just kept going on. And now they get used to it and say nothing. They even ask me why I'm not working out when it's a rest day. I'm feeling so much confident now to the point I could say I don't like rest day and want to keep working out (but my muscles need to rest, so rest day it is).
All along I just realized, all you got to do is do it and make them used to it. Or maybe asked them to join you.
Don't let what people think and said bring you down and make you stop from doing any better progress of your life. They can only comment but it's always you who need to take actions and live your life.

I started doing Chloe’s ab video every other day over the summer and eventually moved to her full body workout video. Even though I’m not doing the challenge aspect, I love the feeling of laying down on my yoga mat after finishing another vid and just resting my hands on my stomach and feeling myself breathe. It’s really lifted my mood and I feel like my eating struggles and motivation efforts are really paying off. I have dropped off my workout schedule since classes have started back up but I’m hopping back on schedule today. Thanks for the endless motivation and support, chloe :)

I do agree the fact that Chloe’s workout has changed me not only physically better, but also mentally as well.
Before i started her workout, i used to have a lot of acne and also feeling down often. Until the lockdown happened, and I found Chloe’s workout. So, i started to challenge myself to workout because i remember the last time i workout was year 2018 (i know it has been a longgggg time).
After trying out her workout since May, i have lost 12kg and i am getting better and stronger. Thank you Chloe!

After approximately 2 years of a poor diet and lack of exercise, I was rewarded with an additional 40 lbs which was not a fun realization, but after mustering the strength to do Chloe for a mere 2 weeks, I realized that it’s not the digits on the scale that make the difference. It’s about seeing that you’re the best version you can possibly be at that moment. I can’t take back all the crap I’ve eaten or change the days I had decided to stay in bed, but I can work hard today and see where it gets me tomorrow, the day after that, and so on. However, losing 8 lbs in 2 weeks was also a big spirit boost😁

@@RED-px6qq basically I started in january at roughly 63/64 kg, I did in order: two weeks shred, 2019 hourglass, 2020 thigh challenge, Flat tummy, 2020 hourglass, lean arms (these last two overlapped at one poiny), and 2020 summer shred.
I had some gut issues during quarantine :( but I tried to eat and live as healthy as possible and by the end of the last challenge I was 59.5 kg :D
Then I went on vacay for 2 weeks and gained like 2 kg bacc o.O
I've been doing the Flat Belly challenge this month, but I've been eating very unhealthy bc I've been really restrictive for like a year, and I'm tired of it :(
Next month I'll be doing more challenges and try to stay healthier, but not as restrictive bc everything in moderation y'know, eating only healthy food made me feel sad, believe it or not.
Chloe is such an amazing person like the woman is hella genuine and concerned for us to try hard and modify workouts, guide us (putting disclaimers), and overall encouraging us to change she is the typa friend we need.

You find clarity the more you work out. Trust me. It takes time but u will notice how much happier you are
Go to therapy, get a psychologist, take a diagnosis for depression don't self diagnose it doesn't work like that. If it comes out positive get help, A therapist is Best, trust me.. depression isn't just being sad its way more than just that, therapy helped me and now I'm better, I'm improving. If u rlly truly r depressed seek help.

In other words, if we are hot, which is really repenting and turning from sin) if we are cold we just completely don’t really follow God. "old and steady changeds is sooo much more sustainable than quick fixes" i needed this sooooooo much infact i was abt to cry tdy coz no matter what and how many changes i made in my current life for a month almost didn't brought me any huge change and was abt to give up but slowly i am again getting back on the track
