Chloe I just have to say I found your videos during quarantine and they really saved me more than I can explain. It was the perfect time to learn how to workout from home when we couldn't go to the gym. I've always talked so highly of your workouts because of how they're organized, timed, how you say to pause the break and take longer if needed, and how you always say to not give up because it's almost over, etc. It feels like it's just "trending" to talk badly about you because nothing they're saying makes sense, so they're just doing it to get views. I'm sorry you're going through this but just wanted to let you know that you saved me and I'm forever grateful!

I just discovered Chloe. I started doing random videos and am now working on a 2 week challenge. I'm disabled so i haven’t had steady exercise in a long time. I feel so good doing this challenge, I take things slowly. It's very motivating. I can't thank her enough for giving these high quality exercises for free!

Your workouts, plus good diet during the pandemic actually helped me become slim overall, my whole body saw the effects. I was able to lose instead of gain weight during that much stressful time. Your videos also helped mentally, your positivity and calmness and kindness made working out easier when the pandemic had my anxiety though the roof.

I know right! Same! Chloe’s workouts were what helped me bring back my sanity while having to live for 5 months straight with bare minimum human contact during quarantine. It was the first time I felt as good just physically and mentally. And also just finally being fit after years of being overweight. More power to you Chloe!

I could never understand all of the hate towards someone who is basically the gentle parent of the workout world. As someone who finds it incredibly difficult to maintain a gym routine (partly because of the time commitment and partly because of other peoples' attitudes), Chloe Ting has been one of the few things keeping me regularly active for several years now. I could never stand leaving my house to spend hours getting yelled at, just to go back the next day and do it again. So for me, having someone in a 10-20min video tell me that it's okay to take it easy, to take extra breaks, and remind me that I'm doing great has honestly been kind of life changing. Keep doing you Chloe, you're amazing!

If their not getting the success they want, don't S*** on others to make yourself feel bigger - use her name to get veiws but then tell them she's no good to follow them instead - pffft! Nah thanks

@@cassie7thomson I feel like they're doing it only to dissuade people from using the free programs and too buy overly expensive PT packages instead (I get people need reasonable earnings for their work, but there are some predatory prices and sales tactics used). It's very disingenuous. I see PT accounts doing it all the time and it's almost always women/men who prefer heavy lifting and have their own macro-counting diets that could easily become just as disordered as counting calories.
Weightlifting and maintaining weight is great and all, but different people have different goals and like different forms of exercises. I swear the weightlifter types look down on people so much for doing anything other than what they do. There's so many forms of exercising and they all have their pros and cons. I say that as someone who primarily does weightlifting myself. There is a high sense of superiority in the worst way. God forbid someone be a runner instead.

Different type workouts for different goals and not a 1-fits all type of thing
There's a guy on an ad that annoys me,as soon as the "skip" appears its clicked. Always starts "u don't need to diet to lose weight" then go into how people brainwash u into unhealthy diets n stuff.. at the end its sign up to this, you'll see results bla bla blah! 🙄

You girls might wanna have a read into (fashion topic😅) "Kibbe bodytypes". I allways felt like not looking good enough but then I realized the clothing I wear didn't match my bodytype. I wanted to look short n cute like a doll and thouse style I wor for years, but I am in the category of "Soft Natural" wich is actually more tall and athletic built, and face bones are bit wide and blunt, and just learning how to dress really helped me out.
Cause it's not linked to size or weight it's just about what clothes drape good on the figure. So in case this helps you you might wanna look into that fashion topic.

Pretty much. In the end, nobody else is giving you an eating disorder, and all we're really doing is projecting, and then looking for someone to blame. Hell, even the actual 'thinspo' girls, they have their own demons to deal with, I don't have to look. But I looked anyway, knowing what would happen with me. I made that decision to click. If I'm fit enough to function independently and freely in a society, I'm bloody well fit enough to take responsibility for looking up thinspo or fixating on some fitness guru's workout regimes and putting them on a pedestal to my own detriment.
I'm here mostly today because CT's workouts are relatively light and I can do them with my friend who's living in a different country easily over a video call. A nice little fitness social event. So hey.

Wouldn’t it be easier if she just muted everyone or got offline altogether? Either these people are blatantly encouraging the lack of workouts available online, or they’re putting the blame of their mindset on someone who posts workouts they followed. Chloe is the reason I went from 140 to 114 pounds in less than a year, my shape is alot more noticeable, my lower body and abs have gotten stronger and bc of her advice I never feel guilty when I take breaks from working out bc of work and being too busy sometimes. I also stopped drinking alcohol and that helped me too but her workouts definitely sped up the process.

The more you give time on discussing these haters on your vlog, the more they're gonna hate you and post things that will make you feel angry. Best way to do is DO NOT MIND THEM, DO NOT GIVE A TIME TALKING ABOUT THEM. Just do what you think is good, and that is continue to inspire others who look up to you.

It's because they are all "victims" in their own minds. Rather than owning their own bullshit they have to blame someone else for their failures and lack of effort to implement real healing and health into their life. The level of immaturity is evident when they blame you for something going on in their own head, as if you can somehow control that lol. I LOVE your workouts and am on a booty challenge right now. But the silver lining on this is, even negative publicity is publicity. Until people actually follow the program and LISTEN to what you say about health and nutrition, they really have nothing relevant to say.

I'm so glad you're finally fighting back against these people!!! Ive struggled with an ED since 2019, and although I did use your videos and other fitness influencers, I will NEVER blame you or anyone else for my disorder! I've been in recovery for a year now and I'm in a much better place mentally and physically. I still use your videos to stay active and move my body in a way that I enjoy because I love your workouts! People don't like to admit this, but at the end of the day, the only person responsible for our EDs is ourselves. If you're struggling with an ED, YOU have to choose to recover and the rest of the world shouldn't have to change to facilitate your recovery.
Finally, I want to say you are such a sweet and encouraging youtuber and thank you for making videos for us! You've never encouraged under eating OR over exercising. I've been subscribed since 2020 and you've always encouraged a healthy mindset. Thank you Chloe!!! 💕💕💕

100% agree, it's not our fault that we developed EDs, but it's not Chloe's either. She objectively doesn't create content that promotes starving ourselves or overexercising, that is our disease that does that and these people all just used Chloe to justify that. I hope your recovery continues to go well, I know it's hard, but as you said, making the choice to WANT to get better is so huge and not enough people talk about it when discussing EDs.
