Here’s a tip for when your loaf of bread gets tooooo crusty hard…..run a little bit of cold water over it or rub water on it lightly with your hands then wrap it in foil & heat it in oven on low temperature….softens the crust to fresh baked status 😋

I’m in recovery from an eating disorder, and bread was one of my biggest fears, I thought bread = ‘you’ll never look like a boy!’ (My ED was fuelled by gender dysphoria as a transgender man, due to my thighs, my belly bump, my chest and my arms- don’t ask about arms.)
Seeing somebody like you eating bread honestly makes me so happy, because I was scared of bread, but it’s not a bad thing, it’s far from being a bad thing.

Hey Chloe, I love your workouts I used to do them when I’m unmarried but now I’m married and have a child with c section 7 months ago. I put on some weight and fat please make video for those mommies. Normal delivery or c section delivery workouts for stubborn fat.I would be thankful

sidenote: I'm on day two of your 2021 two week shred challenge and I'm loving it! I've had an on and off relationship with body strength workouts the past year, but your workouts really make me break a sweat. Your cool down stretches also gave me the idea (idk why) to go swimming on active rest day bc I have a really bad back lol.

@@aviabar-sela7633 Hey Avia! I've still got two days to go (I had to pause one day, so it's a 15-day-challenge now), I'll gladly update you on Saturday. Apart from getting stronger I already noticed side-ab-lines, so yes, it's working! Going swimming on rest day was really good for my body too. Felt like I could kick off the next day better, so definitely recommend. I'll measure in on Sat :)

I don’t want to push hate to the creator but I have something to say. The way you promote “spot fat reduction” is very toxic. Labeling your workouts with titles like “abs in 2 weeks!” Is extremely toxic and it’s a false statement, you can’t spot reduce fat it’s a full body thing and some people loss fat in different places and people who where born Female “ not necessarily still identifying as female” can have a little pouch at the lower half of the stomach and trying to get rid of that is impossible and it’s also a very easy gateway into body dysmorphia. And when you say “this move is easy and it’s not that hard” sometimes that move is extremely hard not just to beginners but go people with disabilities. I don’t want to push hate to you but please be careful you are a very prominent person on the internet and “abs in two weeks” “grow your butt in two weeks” can be so toxic and just a really bad situation. Maybe promote “getting moving” “your first step to fitness” and don’t focus so much on having abs and things that are physically impossible to achieve
