Even more current is the mayor making an order that no one wearing MAGA clothing can enter the building because it makes non-MAGA supporters create a disturbance. And when the case went to a judge appointed by a Democratic politician, that judge would find the executive order to be constitutional and enforce the illegal arrest.

I have grown to appreciate even the aggressive auditors because, so many times, we see officers who don't know how to deal with people suffering from dementia or the general effects of autism. While Sean is exceptionally effective and the number 1 auditor, other auditors, such as press NH now, bring an entirely relative dynamic to how most police encounters go with the public, whether Justified or unjustified.
I'd rather some shit cops jacked-up an auditor than somebody suffering from the aforementioned issues.

To me, the biggest failure documented here is that of the City Attorney. How in the world did he allow this executive order to be put on the books?
City attorneys are all cut from the same cloth. They are usually the “C” and “D” students in the class and can’t hold a job in the private sector with any success due to their lack of education or understanding of how the laws and system actually work. They end up sucking on the teat of the tax payer while their career spirals down due to lack of understanding and failure to challenge themselves, it is the “Peter Principle” at full bore.

Sean can sue them for threatening arrest if he doesn't comply, but actually being arrested will get him in front of a judge much faster and have more substantial results than just bringing a federal lawsuit for violating his constitutional rights. If the goal is to have that policy removed, then he had to take the arrest in order to make the change. That is why he was able to affect change so quickly with the NYPD. The fun part here is that if he was able to get changes made to policies of the Mayor and Police Commissioner of NYC, then I would think that Schenectady should not be much of a problem. We shall see!

The way you stay calm and level headed. Makes your case so much stronger. For when you do take it to civil court. Alot of auditors do to much and say way too many disrespectful comments. So when i judge sees the video and the case theyre already disrespected and theyre gonna act in basis no matter what people think. Judges are a type of law enforcement so theyll take the disrespectful comments you make to heart. You are the perfect auditor and other auditors or future auditor's really should take notes.

They are just as shitty as none toll road and we pay for what. 1.3 trillion infrastructure bill signed two years ago and nothing is being fixed.
