More TGP = More Power = More FPS = More Heat = More Money = Less Performance
More Heat = Less Performance
=more sound
Buy cooling pad 🤷
More heat = look for good thermal design laptop
Instead get more RGB = more FPS 🗿
Venom's tech is a good channel for laptop and pc related videos
Jehreele 😂
But he also does some shady stuffs promoting cheap tws and smart watches. That's why I'm skeptical about him. I hope he's not a sellout.
@@h1mangshu mmm well he always warns, plus everyone's for the money here anyways, although his laptop reviews are quite accurate and in tone with the other youtubers who review same devices

Holy shit that's such a good description
MrWhoseBoss used to be good.
It's right bro but don't take it out of context 💀
Proper cooling in laptops is also a factor in performance. A graphics card won't be able to touch its TGP limit if it is not properly cooled.
True 💯
Good info👍🙏
Yes better thermals = less heating = longer life span of other components too
or undervolt it
@@reubenpx1809 honestly this, 4060 already reach max performance in 100W and there's a 140W models. This tip is good but badly timed
No RGB , NO FPS ...simple maths
Yes venam bhai ne bhi yahi bola he
You forgot More RGB = More FPS 😂
rgb is trash nowadays
u only need that in keyboards just for a 'good look'
modern mice and laptops are ditching RGB for better battery and lower weight (mice)
@@LaptopEnthusiastit's not wrong. You have no idea what you're talking about. RGB is necessary for a good gaming experience. It also helps with your FPS and that has been proven.

It also depends on the optimisation. A better optimised laptop with lower tgp can actually perform on par with higher tgp variants.
But optimization of what because you will be running stock windows on the laptop and not custom ui/ux like android phones...
are speaking about the Game Optimisation?
nice they discovered tgp
More tgp isn't equal to more power always. Up intil a certain point, it's true but beyond which it'll only be diminishing in returns. That point in particular varies between gpus.
Although the TDP is a deciding factor for fps, its only upto a certain point. After reaching the maximum tdp for a laptop 3050, lets say 100W, the difference between 100W and 300W will make virtually no difference
U r right . 70w is adequate above that is diminishing returns with more heat. But 40w is too low.
More power -> more fps holds true untill voltage limit is hit.
Actually the most important thing is cooling, if ur pocket allows better pik the vapor chanber cooling instead of heat sink !
Atleast 2 fans 4 exhaust ports!
Maximum holes in the bottom cover!
If the cooling is poor on the higher powered GPU, then its not gonna be a difference because the GPU will throttle due to poor cooling
Great of you guys to explain this to regular people. Most people are oblivious about these things.
It just depend on GPU power consumption if your laptop gives 60w to GPU and GPU needs 75w so it full power will not come
It doesn't even bring a lot of difference.....most laptops gpu dont pull that much power ...in most cases extra tgp means more heat.
This man is really useful😊🎉
Useful ayo 🤨
More TDP = more current bill 😂😂
RGB is directly proportional to FPS
Good content bro!!
Educating folks with imp stuff.
Kudos!!
We will say "mehengi baatcheet" 😂
Venoms tech bhaiya ki laptop audience ❤️
Pro tip if you are buying anything after RTX 30 series 95w and 140w doesn't matter it then depend on thermal so you'll get 120w out of 95 and 95w out of 140w.
@A2D Team. More power generate more heat - which drastically reduce performance in long term.
Things you must understand before buying a Gaming Laptop: Don't buy any, Just make a good PC.
But you can't take your PC anywhere unlike laptop
@@random-llI bought a gaming laptop back 3 years ago and it became a life lesson to never buy a laptop for gaming. It's not comfortable to pay, Zero Upgrade capabilities in just 2 years many new games were unplayable as they needed more speed and Vram. I had to sell it off for a cheaper price and now I have a Mid range PC which outperforms my old gaming laptop which was around 90K when I bought it.
Only play esports game on a laptop. It's not worth to play triple A games.
you must be fun at parties
@@DarthChikoo cool, u can't carry your midrange pc everywhere
what was the game played in this video?
Watch dogs legion
wattage and thermal cooling matters so just check the review and comparison from youtube before buying one and also if you ever had a laptop also check for hinges becuase many laptops comes with weak hinges which will damage the laptop over time
High end Gpu and cpu are tuned down with less power for cooling. Bc laptops don't have those huge heatsink so tuning down would consume less power and hence less heat produced.
MrWho’sTheBoss been real quiet after this dropped
Why?
Also more tgp cooks ur laptop
If a good cooling system is not installed
Not always the case, 3060, 3070 at 90-140 Watts behave the same, only 80 and 90 ones benefits from higher tgp, as increase in temperature also diminishes the performance
What game is that?
Watch doh legions
This guy makes videos that make sense!
got a 3050 laptop last week.. i did not know this. but glad it was the higher tgp variant.
More heat too . Why did you skip that ?
Bro it also equals to more heat and higher temps, if your laptop cannot keep up with temps, it automatically slows down.
Bhaiya pls put a reel on what to do before selling our used laptops
Me getting this after building a pc:
55,000!!!!!!😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮 more expensive than a Lamborghini in most countries
Thanks for the tips
Its same as TDP which means it draws more power but specially used for gpu's ...drawing more power doesnt actually convert to be more efficient and certainly not concludes to give more fps....it just means it takes more power .
Also check out the cooling power, which dramatically caps your Max on longer runs
after a certain point the performance will be same...it doesn't improve till infinity even if u keep installing better hardware.
so wholesome of bro to recommend mrwhosetheboss and bumblebee at end.
TGP and TDP is listed on Amazon
You can change ur tdp to your cpu limit in any laptop
Really? Man, How do I do that in my msi gf63 thin Rtx 3050 40w?
Use throttlestop to increase and overclock it'll work fine and always check the powerbrick too and if your judging a laptop on tgp then yur pretty much new to this , because most of us use tdp as our reference point because laptops have heating issues more often 😂
Vram also matters yk
The loq over there has a 3050 with 6gb vram while normally 3050 comes with 4gb
thank god someone pointed this out.
My dell g15 5515 has rtx 3050 with 95 W tgp but only draws 45 to 50W maximum. Also CPU reaches 101 degrees. Gave it to onsitego for repair but no luck
I kind of disagree on it there is a thing that asus does when you are on battery it runs on low tgp but when you plug it into the charger it goes to the.max performance mode in which the GPU performs as expected so if u find any cheap laptop with good specs and from a reputed company go for it at the end of the day it's you who will be using the laptop for hours
More tgp also means higher temps
Bro forgot the mux switch
Thanks for letting us know, im planning to buy a laptop soon and this really helps
Same buddy
Also expect heavy and bulky power brick with higher TGP I have 330 watt😅 and it ridiclously massive monster😂😂
Got to know a new thing about my laptop (it’s same model as shown in video)😊
Sir please suggest a laptop for students. Please remember the price -40k
Most of gamers know that already but yeah general people don't know about tgp. Good video
I honestly prefer lesser tgp variants when I choose a laptop it must be portable and heating should be lesser damn it
Gamers after this checking their Tgp in Google
Some cases where more tgp is not useful
Thats new. Thank you
Pov :- watching this video with having account balance of 4.53 rs
And dreaming about a gaming laptop
Its TDP- thermal design power, aur ye to har gaming laptop lene wale ko pta hota h bhai, moreover higher tdp matlab higher heat and more fan noise more power drain and a bigger brick to charge a bigger battery
Techwiser. Consider it a suggestion. I watch ur channel to explore new gadgets, new tricks, tips. But i dont find sone reviews to be genuine. So i prefer other channels for that.
❤
No no how much rgb is your keyboard the more fps will get.
-wiseman said
Yellow Wiseman.
Main problem is not power. Main problem js heating 😂😂. Even 40 TGP is enough if it has good cooling ❤
= more heat = thermal throttling = even lesser fps
Very nice info 👌
Better not get a laptop to play games cause of its limited heat dissipation and low performance. After a while the fan bearing will get damaged and it's a headache to repair it if there is no support where you are. Speaking from experience.
Bro you are totally awsome... Thanks for videos.... It makes life easy with gadget
That's true but it's like pushing ur laptop to absolute hell.the heat will be next level
that lenovo at the start is the exact same one that i have
Always plug in a charger while playing resource-intensive games, battery will have a much better life and the game will run smoother.
Wow 5 years earlier i couldn't imagine rtx 3050 will be available under 70,000
More TGP=more FPS ❌
RGB=FPS✔️
Bought an ASUS TUF F17 Rtx 2050 70watt at 51k. Compared it with a 35w 2050 and the difference is huge....almost 15-20fps
It will be more heat as well 😂 cpu and gpu temps 100+ C
Even though tgp matters buy rtx 3050 40watt or 1650 with 75 watt i will surely buy rtx due to other factors like ratracing , future support etc
More heat, more noise, more problems
And you forgot mention more tdp = more heat
i wish somebody talked about this and yes thank you 😄😄😄
RIP to those who bought gaming laptop without watching this video
You nail it 😅 and top can be overlooked 😅
scalable power in 4000 series doesnt apply the same rule for 3000 series.
Cooling k bare mae bhi bata de bhai. TGP he sabkuch nahi hota. Without proper cooling throttle karega. Sab kuch dekhna parta hae buy karne se pehle
all laptops are different, never hurry your purchase, days of research is needed to get the best one for your budget
But heat is the issue for me
And exhaust is pretty much below display 😥
you feel a lot like mrwhosetheboss
More tgp more power more heat thermal throttling less fps
More power(TGP) = home heater
Everyone talks about fps graphics and cpu no one talks about hinge issues of hp with its plastic body
And you can use it as room heater too , sike ,extra features bro
Agreed Legion has less battery life
use MSI afterburner to tune the power for GPU
Don't buy without researching the cooling. Else you will frantically end up searching for stuff like "how to undervolt"
