Virginia sweets!! Yup I grow her yearly to add complexity to my canned sauces. The roma's are great for high production but their flavor is lacking. Add 25% virginia sweets to your sauces and Bam!! Don't can them solely tho as acid ontent is low and way to much lemon is needed imo. Happy gardening...😊
