Mikey named His favourite workout Body Armour, which consisted of a one mile run at the start and then 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 squats with another one mile run to finish off. So instead of just thinking of Him and all the other SEALs lost on June 28th when the anniversary comes, heres a real, true SEAL way, to honour Their memories, do this workout. and i cant forget to mention that He called it Body Armour because He would always do it with the kevlar on.
Marcus "Doc" Luttrell tells everyone one he meets that Mikey saved his life.

Its the BEST tribute i have seen ever ever ever ....great job ......!!! It always amazes me that when i see such men of Honor..Courage ..and a sense of purpose !!!!

I just read the book "Lone Survivoor" and I feel like I lost some good friends....even tho I never knew the guys.

it is what i believe to be a 20 (5.56) round last ditch mag...
7.62 cal AR, or whatever the military equivalent is, would be my first guess. A lot of police tactical teams are moving in that direction and they usually take their cues from the military. Of course this is just me speculating.
