The original strap does not cause any pressure at all and is completely comfortable for long play sessions, also the internal fan never lets it get to hot inside so to be honest I think I'll save my money as in my opinion most of these accessories are pointleless!
If you initially choose between the two - go for Quest 3. I have Pico 4 (Global) and I'm disappointed, as I feel like they could be doing better job at rolling out more and better updates, improving hand tracking, battery life and such. Not only that - sometimes it's not recognized by some programs which utilize Pico 4's controllers. The library is kinda weak, too. Not speaking of homebrew, as people still haven't figured out how to root it or download software for free without having to downgrade the OS.

If you put sticker skin infront your headset,your hand tracking still work?
