🤣 that Obama clip! So, I did a workout yesterday with thrusters, clean and jerks, snatched, pull-ups, rowing, and burpee box jump overs. I thought of your video where you mentioned burpee box jump overs were the worst movement. You were right! I almost died after that movement 😩😏

TeamRICHEY does some good videos, and I wish I could do Crossfit....but....I´m in my 40s, too old and I like my L5.
BTW, how many of you guys used to do standard bodybuilding/weight-training BEFORE starting Crossfit?
You could do CrossFit. Just don’t let anyone pressure you into 1) pushing yourself like crazy except on rare occasions or 2) push you into lifting heavy or doing technical lifts when you don’t feel great or you’re wiped from endurance work.

The knees spine and shoulders take an awful pounding. Manageable in your 20s and 30s but I cant help but think pain in the years after by following a daily plan accumulating over years....

Teo Kachakov His doing strenth training idiot.I am doing powerkifting and am able to maintain my musle mass while increesing performance.My legs, gluteus,triceps andforearms eaven got a little bit bigger.My back is leaner than ever and I am able to maintain my six pack with lean look with 3000+calories really easilly.
