I've done the thruster portion of the workout before. Used 95# and did just 5 regular burpees, not over barbell. I took 20 minutes to do it, just 5 reps of each movement on the minute. Pretty rough! Great work guys!

So the goal is to get 100 reps, and every minute that passes, you do the additional work, then spend the rest of the minute trying to finish the 100 reps. So they were working towards 100 Bike cals, and every time a minute passed they would do muscle ups, then spend the rest of the minute on the bike working towards a total of 100 cals.
JayMIsAwake I think it goes.. 100 cal bike *every minute you must get off and perform 5 ring muscle ups. REST 3:00 100 thrusters *Every minute you must put the bar down and do 7 Burpee over bar before starting on thrusters again. REST 3:00 100 cal row *Every minute you must get off the Rower and perform 9 HSPU
The goal is to get to 100cal on the bike but you have to stop every minute and do the muscle ups before you can get back on the bike. The longer it takes to do the muscle ups the less time you have to be on the bike that minute. You just keep going until you get 100cal.
Every 1 minute on the minute (5 ring muscle ups) until 100 calories, thrusters or rower calories were finished. (Example: if I finished 100 calories in 10 minutes then every 1 minute of the ten minutes I would perform 5 ring muscles, therefore 50 total ring muscle ups) It all depends on how long it takes for you to complete 100 calories.
Tip for bar over Burpees... Lead with the shoulder over the bar, legs will follow. It makes it much, much easier to cycle thru reps when you're already gassed from thrusters
