    This might be one of the best of your tips👍 especially for ya who've been doing crossfit for a longer time. Back to basics, quality over quantity and ego out of the window. Pretty hard thing to do, but we train to be healthier and stronger. Not to get injured. Great and very inspiring video again Team! Thanxxx👍

    I have spent the last year pretty much binge watching your blogs from the first one you uploaded! In that time I've moved from the middle east, got married, moved to china and had to leave china due to the outbreak and now me and my wife are at my mums in the UK until we move back to the middle east. My point is, these videos keep us motivated and inspired every day. When we finally catch up, we wont know what to do with ourselves. So good to see Ciaran in the blogs again. During the lockdown could we have an update on the old faber family?!?! Wheres adam!?!?

    My shoulders click... cant do anything where my shoulders are used in any way, they click and hurt a bit... What can I do to fix this? Any good exercises? :) Really enjoy your vids, very inspiring! Keep up the good work :)

    Broke a bone in my foot over the weekend (Damn team sports).
    Decided that I am just going to load up on Strict chest to bar pull ups and Ring dips. I will get fatter so I will in turn get stronger...Every cloud...

    Does the strict chest to bar help with shoulder stability Craig? I’m battling a shoulder issue at the moment, basically pain with internal rotation.

      Yep, give it a bash and see! Start with a band. If it gives you issues/aggravates stop but it could really help

    So a duck's quack certainly echoes around our reverberation chamber, so a duck's quack does echo. ... When you want to hear an echo, you usually make a very loud noise to make sure the reflection can be heard. But a duck quacks too quietly, so the reflection is too quiet to hear. Ducks don't quack near reflecting surfaces.

    i love how he's all about strict pull ups when everybody has been saying how bad kipping pull ups are for you for years but crossfitters have never listened.

      He never said kipping pull-ups were bad for you. But no cross fitter worth their salt doesn't work strict strength. For the one millionth time: it's two different movements with two different purposes. One is for speed, agility, and keeping the heart rate and intensity up during a workout. The other is for strength. Please stop getting caught up in the way cross fitters name the two movements. Obviously a kipping pull-up is not what you call a pull-up. What you call a pull-up is what crossfitters call a "strict pull-up". It's always just been a silly stressing out about the name.
