I have all of the big 3 storage solutions - UG omnihive, dex supreme chest and the dungeon 1100. I use the dungeon primarily for my 480 double sleeved cube as it fits pretty perfectly and the lid being able to go under the box means I can keep it on the table during the draft/deck building and not on the floor or on another table. I got mine for $45 on Amazon and the magnet enclosure is the best I’ve used yet. I’ve never had it open on accident, which is more than I can say for most ultimate guard products. If the lid wasn’t a massive waste of space on the omnihive I might prefer it, but even then it’s pretty close. Like you I prefer storing cards on their side instead of standing up, but it’s not a very big deal.
Brilliant comment. Love this first hand information. Hopefully we can get hold of the other items you mentioned over time. All very valuable however, so thank you. All things have benefits and complications, it's just working out which is best for you.
I just did the rookie thing and bought this before watching reviews - however.... i have discovered a bit of a work-around for sleeved cards (dragonshields). They do fit in vertical rows of 100 x 6 in each side. Making it approx 1200 cards, which makes me think this is how they intended (but forgot to mention) haha
I bought a couple a while ago to store an Arkham Horror collection. It does store deck boxes very well. And is a perfect fit.. But... I wish I had known sleeved cards (ultra pro) wouldn't fit horizontally! I've tried it vertically but there is just Way to much space and it feels like a waste. It's a shame, as if it had been just 1cm wider, the cards would fit and it would have been perfect. I have no idea why Gamegenic decided not to!
Its strange isn't it. You think it would be specifically designed for it, but we were just as perplexed. Thank you for your comment, it helps to inform others on products in the market. (and hopefully Gamegenic see it and sort some of these issues out!)
How does it handle Ultra Pro toploaders vertically? I am considering either this or the Arkhive to store a set of cards, not for playing, but collecting. So I won't need to store things such as play mats, dice, damage counters, etc. Only toploaded cards. Cheers!
Top loaders fit in perfectly. There is the slight gap next to them but height wise is spot on. I would expect you'd get 400-500 in the whole thing (200+ on each side). ☺️👍
@@D4rkDesires Yeah, it's a funny one because if you need to carry 10 at once and don't want to use a bag then this is a great solution. Just seems a little overkill if you want it from a card protection perspective, but hey, go for it 😄
@@DoubleSleeved My primary thing is I don't want them to bang against each other, so the satin cube don't get to scratched and so... But it defiantly is not a cheap solution. Would be happy with being able to pack like 4 or 5 securely.

I would love to think so... But hey, it's still a nice box 😅

Helpful comment, I was looking to buy one for Arkham LCG. Cheers!
great video, do they fit cardsavers?
Unfortunately card savers are just too tall. They won't fit in standing up or laying down unless led down side on and length-ways.
Okay, but.. how well does it hold the in-house box, the Bastion 100 😅 i went from UG boulders/arkive to this and still havent got it yet
5 per side. If you search Google images you should be able to find an image showing their fit 🙂

I have a bunch of GameGenic Sidekick 100+ XL Deck Boxes. How do they fit, and how many can fit?
I'll check for sure but I believe 4 per side. Will check tomorrow 😁👍
You Should be able to fit 3 XL on each side. So 6 in total :)
Anyone know if this product can fit and store Bastion 100+ XL deck boxes? Ive got 5 of em, if not any recommendations please? :)
How many satin cubes would fit in it?
It's almost perfect for 5 in each side. So 10 total. Satin cubes are 80mm wide and the box is just over 400mm wide. 👍
@@DoubleSleeved Thanks, been thinking alot about how to pack the satin cubes together 😀
