Your toxotes have different upgrades in the first 20 seconds than in the remainder of the fight scene. I think somethings not working right with your triggers

A few units have “cinematic” variants that are only seen in the campaign cutscenes. The toxotes you see at the start of the video are the same as the ones you see in Fall of the Trident’s first two levels of cutscenes. Even basic unupgraded toxotes look different. It’s just that cinematic hoplites were designed to look exactly like heavy hoplites, allowing for a seamless transition while cinematic toxotes don’t look like anything in actual gameplay.
