I know this is old, but u need to replace that pot. All those scratches, the coating is going into ur food. Always remember to use wood or non stick utensils with non stick cookware. Also dotn use high heat, like low or medium. Most NS cookware only last 2-5yrs anyways , so just buy aall metal one .

Yes. I know!! It is a hand-me down pot from my mom. I agree that the coating is all scratched. Just butter would be great. You can use a hand mixer to get the dough together and then hand knead. I am not sure how well it would knead the dough. I do know some come with a dough hook. Let me know if you try!

Why do you put more flour in this one vs the pretzel dog recipe? Everything else in
the recipe is the same.
