- A viewer told me about a supposed cartridge that could not only give you tons of event Pokémon from gen 4 and 5 games, but even gen 3 as well?! This is something I've NEVER heard of, so I had to investigate...

@@TheReptain Also the DS disruption part of this can just be done from a hacked 3DS that already has the app to load DS roms. (Thou if you have a hacked 3DS you already have a few ways to do this but this is proboly eaiser to convince your freinds who's scared of hacking to allow you to do it since there DS only has to us in game functions)
These ROMs have existed for literally the last 12 years
The custom gen 5 roms only existed since December 2023

These carts are kinda useless for people who have hacked Ds/3Ds devices as they have apps that can literally inject saves and events onto catridges.
Isn't the idea to get it as legit as possible so you can take it to pokemon home?

I found the gba events rom a long time ago and used it for eon ticket, ho-oh/lugia event, and mew ticket for emerald. did not catch them yet for rng munip shinies.

I actually bought a ROM similar to this, and yes, this works on real games, best part is that you can actually transfer them to future titles no problem

The eon ticket Pokémon don’t run, that is a roaming Pokémon thing which the Eon is not.
If you transfer these Pokémon to Pokémon Home are you able to trade them on the GTS?
Most of the events have special ribbons that prevent them from being traded on the gts
Should be good to transfer to HOME, nothing would prevent that (aside from a few very specific examples, like I wasn't able to transfer an event zekrom out of Gen 5 until I changed it's moveset), but like someone had said before GTS doesn't really allow mythicals or even most gift pokemon due to their ribbons. There are a few exceptions but for the most part you couldn't put these into GTS

@literaltrash193 my only suggestion is to look up the actual event moveset from when it was released, and make sure none of your moves have changed since then and try again. If that doesn't work, try to give it moves that it can learn normally aside from the 1 you want to keep on it, incase the event moves are what's keeping it from transferring up. Pokémon bank's legality check isn't very forgiving, and it often flags Pokémon that have event moves, or something off about them that you can't get through normal game play. One of the others that comes to mind is the Totem Pokémon from.ultra sun and moon that still can't be put into HOME at all, even though you can easily get them in any copy of the ultra games.

I don't consider activating the events that are in game "cheating" since it's essentially the real deal, just not obtained in the correct way.
Yes, no cheating involved.
You can do the same thing by using the DNS exploit to get Mystery Gift pokemon in Gen 4/5. I did that and was able to finally catch my own Victini and move him up to the modern games.
So basically a flashcard for about $70. I would have jumped on this just to use it for other ds games as well but with the Ez-flash Parallel, that's a much cheaper option. It does come with a nice case and the manual is a nice though.
This one I was sent by my viewer was pretty much the same price as a normal R4

I'm so so tempted to buy one of these, I see a lot of them on eBay. I had a save file of Emerald where I had all the event tickets but I accidentally deleted my Pokemon with the cloning glitch so I begrudgingly restarted that file and ever since I've wanted to get something like this to inject all the tickets into my Emerald and shiny hunt the legendaries, especially the Ho-Oh and Mew.
buy an R4 card. its the same thing they're usually like ~$20 and you can add the roms of the distro events yourself, whereas shit like this is usually like $100 because some scammer wants you to think you bought something rare and special
@@MrLimbo-lj9hc eBay has a bunch of these, in fact the same exact one used in this video, for $20-30, so that's not bad at all imo especially since I can repeatedly get the events over and over so I won't feel as tied down/attached to one save file, I can easily start over and get the events again and again.
This doesn't seem that special. It would probably be better value to use pksm on the 3ds because that could inject all the ds events and you don't have to by a r4. Although with a normal r4 you could use gba back up tool even if these are exclusive programs.

Yep, that's where I found the exact same thing. Case, manual and all. Just ordered it last night. It was on sale for half off when I got it (original price is a bit steep at 70 bucks). I'll update after it comes in next week

There’s nothing legit about it. On top of it selling a production they lack rights to and is probably taken from free works. It’s literally giving you events that are gone. the cartridge is missing something you got the eon ticket but not the other event ticket ticket the aurora and mystic ticket which i thought were in sapphire aswell i think it was so it lied to you lol lol

I guess it is cheaper than a 3ds but I would recommend the gboperator for gba games and pksm for ds and 3ds events

They are not "legit" but categorized as "legal" meaning the game can't tell the difference whether it's legit or not but you clearly injected/ hacked it in.

Page has already been taken down. Just get an R4 cart and do a google search how to get the roms onto it, Its very simple and instead of spending 70$ for this you can get the r4 for like 10-15$ if not cheaper.
