Bruh I like how noone in chat knew that you can get two chests from the clock secret, but they ragged BB about not knowing the secret to begin with. Fyi after getting the first chest keep hitting the clock and you'll get another ding and chest

Im super excited to try this once the kinks are worked out. I love the idea of progressing through worlds looking for the key items to complete the game! Definitely sounds like a fun and interesting challenge :)
wrt the boss rando stuff, the AI for each boss is a part of the room they are loaded into. If you recall from Crit Mix, the side quest with Anti-Sora had a bunch of assets from Pirate Ship loaded in instead of assets from the room you are fighting him in. That is because that file had to be loaded to have Anti-Sora's AI work properly.
@@DragonMasterZFighter I miss how sorta on equal ground the trio felt in battle. You felt like a team that really helped each other, even if Sora could do more cause they’re the player character. In 2 and onward it seems like it’s just “Sora, the invincible tornado of death, and his two assistants who give him ethers and potions and occasionally distract enemies.”
Ohh, I guess the gummi/world map would be an better world choice - I personally thought if this game was randomize like KH2 Garden, the hub room would of been the fire teleporting in the End of the World - I also wonder if this will have something like the proofs, or would it be "just get strong enough to take on the final boss"

Another big thing about this game is the crazy chest locations, this game did an great job of chests so it not as simple as 2 was - Still 2 my fav - and the thing is shared growth abilities are in chests so you have to hope glide and high jump are in easy ones

What an entertaining disaster of a randomizer this was. We got Sora doin' alchemy and shit creating items out of nothing, magic disappearing, shitty camera, GREEN CLOCK, item text not reading properly, items stacking on top of each other, and perhaps even the best part is that not only were the items randomized, but so was the function of the game apparently. It really takes No Logic randomizers to a whole new level of not making any damn sense. Like the music on the OC first visit.
I just got my Plat for KH1. I need to get this for PC so I can mess with a randomizer. I definitely have a bigger appreciation for 1FM now that I’ve 100% it. Also yes, holy fuck the camera sucks.
oh that's freakin weird. trying to change donalds equips removed magic completely even though it was a reload. take a look for yourself right before and after donald crash. Look at 2:05:26 you have magic for a split second then it disappears. look at 2:03:48 magic still works perfectly fine. 2:04:09 the donald equip change crash (there's also a possibility that simply restarting a save from a load sometimes removes all magic)
I’d love to see a mod that allows you to take every world specific party member to any world and use them together. Would be fun to beat up Saix with Aladdin and Jack
KH3 rando would be amazing but with how much modern games check for in there code I wonder if it'd be a thing anytime soon? Also next KH talk should be focused on exploration and better progressive movement unlocks in KH1, KH2 and KH3. Each game has an upside and downside but KH1 is king for exploration.
The Magic prompt dissapered after the hard crash in destiny island. Hard crash was at 02:04:05 You can see at 02:05:25 the magic prompt pop up a split second and then its gone.
I had recently played KH1 on PS3 and I have recently tested out KH1 on PC. Can confirm, it wasn't as shit, the camera is fucked for KH1 on PC for some reason. If I had to guess, it was probably the unfortunate side-effect of getting mouse movement to work. OH, btw, I tested mouse+keyboard with all the games. Wouldn't really suggest it, it's a button masher not a cookie clicker. Nonetheless, camera controlled fine enough in every game, but was by far the worst on KH1. Mouse movement on KH1 feels like it's moving in segments, the camera would keep moving after I stopped moving my mouse and small movements didn't register. I'm not even joking when I say the game would have controlled better if they used the arrow keys for the camera and just figured something out. Maybe WASD for left stick and JKLI for right stick, idk.
This looks super promising and fun, but honestly I really don't like that you need to complete so many worlds to complete the seed. Like 100% not into that

Emblem piece could be the proof items. You get all of them and you go through the door in hollow bastion which takes you to final boss.

Whenever you skip a cut scene in KH1 pc the volume resets. It's sucks and needs to be fixed

On PS2, you had to control the camera with L2 and R2. It was bad. Meanwhile, the right stick navigated the menu (same as D-pad).
