    I’m only halfway through and have already learned so much! I like how she said when you want to know something ask your head, heart, and gut separately and see if they are aligned. Head is your logic, heart is your emotions and gut is your intuition.

    Wait a minute here. I am 65 year old and married to the same wonderful man for 40 yrs. We never split up. We are still in love!! It is possible if you are smart and marry the right person, who cant keep his hands off you!!

      It's not about being smart to find the right partner for life. I think some people are called to find their life partner and some aren't. We are here ultimately to find lessons in life not to have the perfect life. ❤sounds like you were meant to be to find your love! Congrats!

      @@LeahBreHappy it does require you to make smart choices. A lot of women ignore the red flags or settle for men who treat them less than they deserve. I see it with my friends all the time. You have to know your self-worth

    • @LeahBreHappy
      @LeahBreHappy 6 місяців тому

      @@poleski1817 "smart" is being used differently by you in that context. What's smart for me isn't smart for others, so maybe we should say it boils down to making informed choices about who's right or wrong for you. It takes self awareness and self understanding of what you want.

    • @poleski1817
      @poleski1817 6 місяців тому

      @LeahBreHappy you're playing semantics.You're repeating basically what I just said.We can agree that there are red flags that are common sense, like not dating a cheater, a gambler, an alcoholic etc.Yet many women ignore those red flags.

    • @LeahBreHappy
      @LeahBreHappy 6 місяців тому

      @@poleski1817 ok doesn't make you smarter to have a long term relationship though. It's not about smarts or IQ

    My goodness what a phenomenal woman and speaker. Thank you for the interview and Laura your questions were fabulous - questions everyone has. I learned A LOT and that's something because I've done a ton of research into mental health and "shadow work" if you will in my own life. This episode hugely affected my life. I watch every tiktok every Instagram i see about mental health. I'll definitely be getting Tara's book and also the book that influenced her so greatly the Master Key System. Tara wanted to hear of synchronous signs. i've already benefited from her connection between spirit and neuro-plasticity as i recover from a stroke and identifying buried trauma. i was intentionally sitting in my hammock listening to the audiobook of 'the subtle art of not giving a fuck' by mark manson. and i was affirming that i had to learn to practice how to not give a flying fuck. i was already laughing and practicing gratitude about there being so many butterflys in my paradisaical garden that it was like the 'bat country' scene from 'fear and loathing' . next thing i see is a pair of butterflys attached together copulating on the wing. the universe gifted me a 'flying fuck'.

      @@3buzzy UA-cam captions don't always translate what's being said correctly so it's actually really confusing for those with hearing loss. I do think in this case because of the background and such, the captions should have a different color theme to them

    This is so insulting to Tara. If you are going to interview someone for a podcast the first thing you get right is how to pronounce your guest name. And what is so difficult in the name, “Tara?” And Tara was so gracious in her response to your mangling up her name. It matters how you address a person!!!
