Yo, i got a pretty fast connection (300 down/30up 100% FTTH). Do i put it in Loseless or CBR? w/NVENC :)

Don't use Loseless, it's by far to high in quality and not needed. CBR will use a constant bitrate and you can set your bitrate accordingly. Hope that makes sense!

16Gb DDR3
GeForce GTX 1660 OC
My Gaming PC Config is :
I5 11600KF 3.9 GHz
32Gb DDR4 3200
GeForce RTX 3060 12Gb
Can i stream fine with this setup ??

that's more than enough for streaming! I would suggest using the Gaming PC for streaming and gaming at the same time and leave the Streaming PC. You have more GPU and CPU resources than you need.

You will be able to stream no lie on a single pc even at 1080p although you will have some draw backs like pixelated streams if hitting 60fps you probably could get away with 720p 30fps will be even less pixelated than 1080p 60 - you can test it by using recording at stream settings play with the bitrate alternatively you can just buy a 100$ mini pc and use ndi so your gaming pc can rely on gaming alone ..
