Sorry, but bitrate has absolutely nothing to do with your wifi or internet speed - it's the rate at which you are sending information to the encoder... and it impacts cpu usage mostly, although with NVENC encoder it's quite minimal with anything bellow 100k
for 1440p 60k should be perfectly fine - it's better to aim higher than you need if you can handle the encoding while gaming, and then render for youtube at whatever bitrate you want

GUYS be sure to do what I think is not mentioned here, which is to ensure your recording format (found in output) is on mpv! Wanna know why? because if your file corrupts, like computer loses power or whatever, you will still have recording up to that point. Lost mine, was apparently using mp4 ... Changed to MPV. DO IT.
