Healthy Self Model Introduction

This is a brief introduction to a new CPD/educational day/s on the Healthy Self Model. The day/s are aimed at professionals, coaches, GP's Managers and Team Leader, individuals, illustrating the use of the model and how it can help us communicate from a more measured and healthier part of ourselves.
