This cinnamon rolls were the absolute best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever made thank you sooo much for this recipe they are fluffy and big just how I like them
Cinnamon rolls recipe All ingredients have to be at room temperature Bread dough: Add 160g milk, 30g sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp instant dry yeast into bowl and mix Add 300g bread flour, 1/2 tsp salt and mix again, till all lumps are gone Let it rest for 30 minutes Add 40g soft plain butter(unsalted) Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes (should be smooth after 3-4 min) The dough should be soft, elastic and not sticky after kneading Grease the bowl with some oil Wipe the bowl with the dough (2:05) Let it ferment and double in size Filling: Mix 80g brown sugar, 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, a pinch of salt The dough fermented for about an hour Flatten it out by hand Roll into 30x40 cm rectangle(doesn’t have to be perfect) Spread 50g soft unsalted butter on the rolled out dough Sprinkle on cinnamon, sugar mixture Roll up loose and not to tight (from smaller side) otherwise the center will pop during backing Connect edge with dough(4:35) Cut into 9 equal parts with dental floss Place on baking pan Let them sit for 45-60 minutes Bake at 170 degree Celsius for 22-25 minutes Cream cheese frosting: Soften 150g cream cheese to avoid lumps Add 30g powdered sugar and mix Add 2 tbsp milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Put the frosting on the rolls while they are still warm Enjoy :)
I made these today, only thing I changed is I poured half a cup of heavy cream over the rolls right before baking them. They were the best I’d ever eaten!! Thanks
My grandma used to make this for me and I always loved it, I have always wanted to learn how to make it but forgot to ask her, sadly she passed away about 9 months ago. I hope I can nail this recipe for her :)

I tried it today! I added more flour after adding the butter and kneading it. For the frosting, I used powdered sugar, milk, and cinnamon since I didn’t have any cream cheese, but it tasted phenomenal. I’m lucky to have found your recipe!

1st time baking cinnamon rolls. The bun is melting in my mouth. I was planning to wait till it cools down. Could not help myself. Thank you very much for the recipe
I tried these today and they were bomb ngl 😋 the only problem I had was that the tops baked quicker than the bottoms and browned a little, which I think was my mistake, since I didn't egg wash the tops...so, remember to do that 😅

Followed the recipe but divided them into 20 mini rolls instead! Tried kneading by hand but it remained sticky. Kept kneading past the 10 minutes and the dough started to come together. Hope the end result will be ok. Thanks for the recipe!

I made it today and instead of cinamon i used cocoa powder and it tasted really amazing thank you for the recipe
Cinnamon rolls recipe
All ingredients have to be at room temperature
Bread dough:
Add 160g milk, 30g sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp instant dry yeast into bowl and mix
Add 300g bread flour, 1/2 tsp salt and mix again, till all lumps are gone
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Add 40g soft plain butter(unsalted)
Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes (should be smooth after 3-4 min)
The dough should be soft, elastic and not sticky after kneading
Grease the bowl with some oil
Wipe the bowl with the dough (2:05)
Let it ferment and double in size
Filling:
Mix 80g brown sugar, 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, a pinch of salt
The dough fermented for about an hour
Flatten it out by hand
Roll into 30x40 cm rectangle(doesn’t have to be perfect)
Spread 50g soft unsalted butter on the rolled out dough
Sprinkle on cinnamon, sugar mixture
Roll up loose and not to tight (from smaller side) otherwise the center will pop during backing
